Has anyone tried the fujipoly pads from Optimus for the 3090 KP? Got two sheets (got an extra one in case) for the front PCB and A sheet for the back PCB that's pre cut to fit (will have to cut holes in it still for the openings on the backplate).

Quality seems nice on first glance.

My opinion of fujipoly pads in general is 'meh'. They are kind of expensive, fragile, single-use, I don't believe their performance numbers, and I found generic reusable pads to be superior when it comes to price and reusability. Just my opinion.

When I say 'I don't believe their performance numbers', I mean they don't perform much better than the alternatives, in my opinion. Since W/mK has no standardized measurement method, they probably are actually measuring whatever they claim, but whatever measurement method they use must be way different than everyone else, since performance isn't so much better in actuality.
