My 3090 FTW showed up yesterday. The black lips look so much better than the red. I pulled myself off of all the 3090 queues. May your wait times be short and your overclocks high.

Oh interesting. I've had to RMA my 3090 Ultra. I wonder if the replacement will have black or red accent. I don't mind the red, but I'll be putting a water block on it soon anyway.

What was the issue with your card that you had to RMA it? I am going to get the EK waterblock. It is available for preorder now.

Short black screens to start with. Thought I got it fixed but then it started crashing out of games even on default stock clocks, and not particularly heavy games either - Civilization V for one (yes, the version that came out in 2010), same with rendering, and even photoshop crashed to desktop, some crashes were full resets, another was BSOD.. and all with no overclocking. I even changed PSU and did a full fresh install of Windows, but it continued. Hope the replacement card is better.

I hope your issue is resolved with the new card. I had a similar issue (black screen, BSOD, random reboots) a couple years back where I though it was the GPU but it turned out that the motherboard's power delivery to the CPU was failing.

Case: Lian Li O11 Dynamic XL
Mobo: Asrock X570 Taichi
CPU: Ryzen 5900x
GPU: EVGA RTX 3090 FTW3 Ultra
RAM: Crucial Ballistix OC to 3800 16 18 18 1:1
PSU: EVGA SuperNova G2 1600w
Cooling: Custom hardline loop: optimus blocks, primochill stuff, lian li stuff, HW Labs 60mm radiators, custom stuff

Anyone know the thickness of the fan and radiator?

30mm radiator, 25mm fan.

Thank you! I'm guessing those are the standard measurements for fans and radiators?

Aw sh!t. My boss called me to her office, (nothing wrong thankfully, that woman scares me to death), just left there.
Registered 9:35:55 for moist 3080 xc3.
Whatever wil be, will be.

Hopefully it won't be too bad, but there was A LOT of demand.  Best of luck for your moistness.  [That's it...I am going back to waterlogged...I tried.  ]

Thanks. I'm not too heartbroken, I would have to re-build in a new case, and still wait 1 month or more for shipment from LA to mexico city.

Thanks man. I'm not too heartbroken, since I would have to build in a bigger case, and still wait several weeks due to a second shipping to Mexico from LA. But at least bickering in queue with you guys has been fun.

From whom?

Sorry (edited) EK I meant

Hmm that is frustrating.  I had been set up to be notified by EK when the blocks were available and I never was.  I need to go look at the site now :(

So, what happens to the rest of us that have notifications for hybrids back in November 13? The list shows at least 12 of us that haven't received purchase links yet for the 3080 FTW3 Hybrids. Probably more for people that didn't fill out the form.

He will probably answer that they are still in production, even though we keep seeing everything else but that recently.

When was the last time we actually saw an actual drop (not just a couple of cards thrown here and there)? 2 weeks? 3 weeks?

EDIT: Yup according to him they are still in production. Sooooooooo where are the drops huh? Why do we see a lot of 3090s and more recently released cards then constantly? Isn't is convenient also for the companies that they are also more expensive hmm?

The queue system and all that thing is really a great thing but EVGA as much as nVidia has a lot fo explaining to do now after 3 months of waiting for a release day that barely moved 1 day and a really ridiculous out of whack ratio of the cards available across all the models.

It's a business not a charity.  It isn't "convenient", it's good business.

Plus bear in mind not all cards go to the queue.  They have existing obligations to other storefronts as well. Then there is the fact that the demand on them is probably one of the highest, so judging production by how far the queue moves isn't exactly scientific when you have no idea how many people are in said queue.

There is absolutely NEAR ZERO 3080s distributed to stores since the past 2-3 weeks according to the RTXStocks stracker, and that's across Canada and US. So they have to find another excuse for that.

But oh my god is it a party when it comes to 3070s and 3090s, truck loads left and right almost daily...

Ironically the only thing standing between me and CP2077 is a wired keyboard.  For real.

Given that my move has been delayed and all my goods along with my PC are on a truck somewhere for who knows how long now, I decided to build a new PC to make use to the FE 3090 I got from BB.  Put it all together yesterday then realized that the wireless keyboard I am currently using on my laptop can't get me into BIOS to finish setup of the machine rofl.

Ordered a cheap wired Dell keyboard from Amazon which should hopefully be here tomorrow.

There are a LOT of mouths to feed for EVGA -- both contractual (i.e., existing relationships with retailers) and not (us).  I continue to believe that they are doing the best they can under tremendously trying circumstances.  It is in their interest to get us cards as soon as they can...our interests in many respects are entirely aligned.  But, in retrospect, there might have been a better way to structure the queues given the disparity among different categories (Ultra, Gaming, Black...)...but we weren't in the trenches on October 4 (I am guessing at this date)...planning for October 5th...in my mind, they did the best they could with the imperfect information they had at the time.

I remain on the wall, watching for my card, with a song of praise on my lips for the good folks at EVGA.com.

Not to mention the fact that none of the AIB partners expected shortages on the RAM and other components (or so I've read somewhere). It's still 2020, so take that how you will lmao.
