R3L3NTL3SS For those still in denial, these Hydro Copper and Hybrid card prices all but confirm a 3080Ti coming or price drop on 3090's. The price increase over air cards is almost nothing compared to what it was for 2080Ti's - which was like $200+ iirc.
Have to admit I expected the Hybrids and HC cards to be a lot more than just ~$50 over the air cooled versions. I'm not sure if that means the air cooled shrouds were more expensive then normal to produce, or if EVGA just decided to put a good price on the Hybrid/HC options, or, as you said, it's leaving room for an upcoming Ti/Super version.
Eh, possibly, but there's no way the air coolers, which are easily and fairly cheaply mass produced cost more to make than CNC machined water blocks lol.

Probably not, but it is likely a reaction to the $999 price point. #PlanningForTheCompetition

enewt Beginning to feel like the end of 2020 and the start of 2021 is going to be a whole lot of turmoil in the gpu marketplace...
Nope, it will be more of the same. Example: bunch of ASUS strix cards on sale next 28 days. Scalpers must be well informed when dare to extent offers time for 28 fricking days. And new models with numerous SKUs paper launch is just distraction to cover supply shortage.

Hard to say. It's moved about 4hrs since 11/9 (position 340), list has moved another 100 or so spot up. At this rate.. 6-7 more weeks, not accounting for any that drop or miss their window, which would bump you up.

Once product is available (and it is your turn to purchase), you will receive a secure email that will allow you to purchase the product that you received a notification for. Please note that you have 8 hours to place your order, if your order is not complete within 8 hours, the product will be released back into queue system.

I think its great to have that visual! I don't really mind waiting at this point, esp with news of a 3080ti. I'll probably order the 3897-KR whenever I get notified, and step-up when the 3080ti's get announced. I've got a feeling it will be sooner than later. The only way I'd be pissed if I missed my step-up window. I'd be salty for a while. I'm not even mad about the timing of the Hybrid's. It would be nice to have, but no sweat here. I like the look of the ftw's.

Hybrid cards... I suspect this has been asked already, but how can we get in line for one of them fancy shmancy hybrid cards? That's what I used to have, and I'd really like to get one of those. Were the hybrids already paper launched, and the bots got them? Or are they still legit "coming soon" because there hasn't been availability yet?

Yeah they already screwed us out of the initial batch by only having the Notify Me button available for a little bit for the "first batch", now it's gone til who knows when. I'm more than a little angry about it.

Ok, nevermind, now I am confused! I looked again at the spreadsheet. I am signed up for the Black edition, and actually pretty high up in that queue, but the numbers above me haven't reported anything on the spreadsheet yet, at least that I can see. Are you a different name on the spreadsheet? My name is the same still.

A limited time auto-notify button went up this morning. They limited registrants to the number of units they will have in the first batch.
