you have to switch to Europe at the bottom and then look at the notifications, hopefully you didn't register on the wrong page. It also happened to me once, for example, not all WC models are available in the EU.

If they are known to EVGA as freight forwarders then it is unlikely EVGA will ship to them. If you have a trusted friend or family member in US or Canada, that is your best bet. Also, they would need to use a NA-based payment method to pay for the gpu. Best of luck!

Agreed. Several factors are converging which may lead to a flood of cheap used cards hitting the market in the short term, undercutting scalpers and hopefully ending the scourge of bots buying up all of the new gpu stock.
