If this helps: I couldn't deal with issues any more, card sold and I'm looking for literally anything else at this point. I have to sell my GPU block as well but it is what it is. The fact that even the BAR bios only eats 385-405W is shocking, 80W on PCI-E is shocking, can't sustain stable clocks and fluctuates like crazy. I honestly had enough. I will probably buy from the likes of MSI or any other partner in the future. It's impossible to get RMA from UK because I'd end up paying £600 in taxes, so any warranty that is supposed to be free replacement is not a free replacement. On top of that we have to pay for shipping to EVGA like the card malfunctioning is our fault. I'm done.
I sympathize. I'll probably go the same way as you by getting rid of the second ***** card they are about to send me again and finally say goodbye to them forever! The question is, how much can we sell this thing for in euros?

Well it would be interesting in my humble opinion that you send them an email about that. And ask them in view of the time elapsed, what kind of card can you expect to receive.. And especially why some receive their card back 3 days later (my case) and others are still waiting!

We don't have an exact ETA on when the replacement would be going out as mentioned previously. However, once it's ready and is going out you should receive an email letting you know this.
I agree.. Europa should have started the rma not prior rma cards availability. People sitting completely without a graficcard for weeks is a no go Luck for me I have kept my old card and it is still working fine (eVGA TitanX)

Well, I tried the latest bios because the last thing I wanted to do is send my only video card in and have to wait and not have a working PC. Still stuck at 450W. This thing performs so badly compared to the other 3090's on the market with an actual bios that actually works correctly. Looks like the only recourse I have will be to send it in. Fortunately, I ordered a 3060 in the meantime to hold me over while I wait on EVGA's RMA department.

My second card arrived on April 21 at the rma Europe in the hope of obtaining this time a "real" card of the program 0c3090 and supposed to be reshipped in the information indicated on my account on the 23rd, was shipped today, that is to say the 21st? I have a bad feeling about what they sent me... So far so good, the hardest part is not the fall but the landing :(

Hi apologies if I've missed this somewhere in this thread, but I have a 3090 FTW3 Hybrid and when I try to apply the BIOS I'm getting an error that no display adapters were found that are compatible with this update.
Any ideas? Is there a chance my card already has the update, how would I be able to tell?

Ok, so it performed identical to the one I've sent to RMA myself. Mine would constantly 'PWR' limit to below 1900MHz. It's just that I don't have the money to burn on a new 3090 while EVGA will probably take weeks if not months to process my request. Currently using a GM200 Titan X but it's an old card.

1st card recovered and returned by my care because not in conformity with the specifications of the program 0c3090 (series 2112...) card received the 20 by rma europe. Next: waiting to receive tomorrow 23 new card (series 2119...) with an indication ups this morning displayed as follows : "Return requested by the sender" !? So I send an email to the rma for more information without any answer. This afternoon delivery seems to be resuming normally . Really, what a joyful mess....

We do not tell fairy tales. Again, read the old forum posts. The proof I gave you above: the first card of the oc3090 program that I received is not one (voltage balancing not set, very low power rise with no support of the BIOS 500woc and a card received with a bios not set in 2 for the 500w).
Finally EVGA europe doesn't want to answer on what type of card, they are about to send back....
After that, you are free to believe or not to believe.. .
Send your card to the rma and an advice, light your candles until the return of this one!
I don't think he was trying to be rude, man. FWIW this is an EU problem, and that doesn't mean to downplayt it. In the US, the instructions are to continue to use your card until the replacement is available, at which time the RMA will continue with instructions to return your existing card. Mine was received, and a replacement shipped out the next day. The new card pulls 60W on the PCI-E power adapter now so it's a program card. It unfortunately doesn't OC as well as my original card, but I guess that's the brakes. It gets close, but the original had a better chip. We are taking that risk with this program. If you got a dog for your first card, it's worth a shot. If you got a great overclocker, probably best to deal with the power abnormalities if you can. I doubt it's really dangerous, and the odds are you won't win the silicon lottery twice.

Anyone know if Is the bios for the 3090 FTW3 air cooled RMA email cards for the 500wats? I have an air-cooled rmaed card from the 3090email. Just picked up the hybrid kit for it.
