After watching that JayZTwoCents 980ti KPE Video Review, I Just Don't Know what to say anymore....

How did it make you feel after watching his video? He didn't seem all that impressed by it. He actually looked like he didn't want to say anything other than just his benching. Even though I had just got home from work. I was watching his video and falling asleep, I was excited for 30 seconds. Then he kept showing graphs and not saying enough about the card itself. That was my impression.

I stated "I Just Don't Know what to say anymore" because He didn't impress me with his "review" much at all including his reluctance to Try harder to Push for Higher Limits on Air Cooling not only with the GPU, But Also with the Superior Samsung Memory ( only just +400 more?) or to test the Card on LN2 which is MAINLY where the KPE Shines, if He had bothered to look at any of the Futuremark HOF Results.  
 
If you want to know how this 980 Ti KPE actually works on both Air and LN2 Cooling , Go read the posts over at Kingpincooling.com and get the Results/Views of Vince and Other Forum Members who KNOW how (and have), Pushed the Card to it's Full Potential in the way it was Designed to do.

i still can't see lighting touching kingpins

980Ti K|NGP|N is far more attractive hardware than Lightning. 
I don't know some people simply love except high end hardware to choose and elite hardware...
This is only really elite GeForce model on market and I if someone want to pay 1050$ nobody can't say card not worth...even if that person buy card for gaming or to look him only...
I would example choose TITAN X SC this year... Maybe because 100% GM200 and because it's overclocked...
If you compare with normal TITAN X even K|NGP|N with lowest ASIC is faster. 
Cards with ASIC over 80% are probably best possible 980Ti samples and even gamers on watercooling will enjoy in high boost with official clock.
If someone have money why not...
he could buy Intel i7 CPU from Silicon Lottery and choose clock and EVGA GeForce with 80+ ASIC...That's best possible hardware.
That will cost more but will work perfectly.
i7-5960X stable on 4.5GHz with low voltage + K|NGP|N ASIC 80% + is best hardware money could buy now for desktop.
 
Look only that package... Package tell you everything... people could say Monster, Beast and for HOF, Matrix, Lightning but this is only real elite GeForce.
If someone say bad words for package than he should kill self immediately... not only because shirt... whole package is amazing.
Look that heavy box like some 50 years old most expensive Whiskey.
 

 
This hardware is for keeping even when new series show up.
For shelf definitely... Maybe some guy have 3 models 780Ti, 980, 980Ti K|NGP|N...

Which one you like the most. I gotta admit I do love that KFA HOF LN2

That's only name and it's not bad at all, I like TITAN X name.
Only card I didn't like from TITAN series is TITAN Z, I mean card was fantastic,
but extremely expensive and I don't like when NVIDIA drop clock of their chips below reference models only to made Dual GPU...
But Titan Black and TITAN X are best NVIDIA cards ever made.
 

Titan X is a great card no doubt! The price is just too high for what it is. You still need two to run true 4k but in that category it truly outclasses a 980 ti

Not sure why, he prolly didnt pay a penny for it

So here is something depressing. I had my Kingpins for about 3 days and today I was finally going to try gaming on one of them. After about 3 hours my computer froze up and I had to reboot. Once back in Windows the card had failed :(
Changed it for one of my other kingpins and it worked great. 
So one kingpin down :( 
 
I really really hope I don't have to pay for shipping for the RMA as I literally only had it plugged in for about 1.5 days.  

980Ti? Can you explain a little more about what happened and how it failed?

Anyone know what the red light on the right side of the card in between the kingpin logo on the back plate and the voltage switches indicates ? It only comes on at random times and needs a complete shut down to get it to turn off.
Both of my cards have had this light come on.

I don't know, but the one on two of my 980's non ti) only flash during boot.. The other two do not. They never stay on.

I never noticed the light before on my 980 kpe, but with the Ti's it has happened since day one. Earlier today when the red light came on with the top card it also changed all of the led's to the default white, then started to blink off and on.
 
Only way to fix it is doing a complete shut down, restarting does nothing.
 
I have tried four different driver's with no change, not sure if this is an issue or not. Also does not seem to be linked with the LED flicker that happens every so often, my none Ti kpe did this as well.

Completely far fetched and probably no help, but could you head over to the KP forums and grab his new bios and try it, see if maybe it is the bios?

I have never noticed the leds on the adjusted bios' from his forum, only the stock evga bios.

I get home at the end of the week, and will see if I can figure out which ones they turn on with... I will be fairly useless until then other than guessing.

Sure. I had not really pushed the card before just had it at idle.
Then I decided to try it out in a game and loaded up tomb raider.
It worked fine the first two times I played. Then the third time the game almost immediately froze and my computer went into a hard lock.
After the reboot windows reported the card as having stopped working (code 43 I think)
Reinstall the drivers does not help.

Put in my other 980ti kingpin and it works fine.
Also now with the failed card my motherboard gets stuck at installing pch drivers for a very long time and does not initialize the pci-e until after a very long time.

I will call the EU support later today and see how we could rma the card the best way.

Me and my friend bought 7 cards in total and this is the first we tried to game with
 
 
Edit: So I spoke to the RMA guys at EVGA and I am so impressed! It's night and day from the ASUS one. The guy on the phone was very helpful and they will pay for the shipping as well in the end. It's unfortunate about the card but I am very happy with the RMA so far.
