vabellabel just want to check will the nvidia 4 slot hb sli (around 81mm) bridge fit the sc2 hybrid sli? or do i have to buy the evga version (80mm) to get a perfect fit?
That's....an interesting question. Quite honestly, I'd imagine that the bridges are exactly the same length, since motherboard PCI-E slots (or at least pci slot distances) are exactly 20mm from each other, and SLI connectors are vertically above the slots. You shouldn't have any problem.

Still showing Pre-order on their website.
Wanted to pre-order from scan, but last time it took nearly 3 weeks to ship my EVGA CLC 280

SogoLoL What would be the difference between the SC2 and the FTW3 versions of the Hybrid?
Higher power (watts) card means more overclocking ability. The air cards are 30W difference. It's an enthusiast thing to be honest, probably never noticeable in game play. Also I wonder if silicon is binned. No evidence to say so but....
In theory, yes. In reality, not really. I've yet to see any evidence of the extra power overhead on the dual 8-pins being able to overclock any higher than FE cards or cards such as the SC2... At least on air or AIO cooling. Potentially this could be more relevant if you were to get into LN cooling or something really extreme, but as it is, the limitation for these cards seems to be in Nvidia's design and silicon lottery, rather than 250w vs 280w draw potential. I'd say the only real benefit, if you want it, is that the FTW3 has dual bios capability and might have RGB for those of you pissed that the SC2 hybrid isn't, hah (understandably so). Or maybe they make it look sexier too? I could see that. Performance-wise, I'd expect nearly identical clocks, just as seems to be the case with the aircooled sc2 and ftw3. Or, as Gamers Nexus put it in their comparison of the two (they do pretty thorough tests): "A manufacturer can throw the world’s best PCB, VRM, and cooler together, and it’s still going to hit a Pascal wall of voltage and power budget. Further, chip quality dictates performance in greater ways than PCB or VRM will. We have duplicates of most of our cards, and they can perform 1-3% apart from one another, depending on which boosts higher out-of-box." ..."What matters more is the cooling solution, the PCB quality, and the noise levels" ..."Overclocking is also inevitably limited by Pascal itself, so even that is relatively unexcited for same-GPU video card comparisons." So honestly, those of you on the fence about waiting, IMHO, just get the SC2 if you can get your hands on one. If you're really holding out hope and value aspects such as RGB lighting on the card, maybe a "sexier" design, dual bios, etc.. which are extra things to dink around with, then the FTW3 might excite you more. I wouldn't expect any extra discernible performance or overclocking potential though. Temps and noise should likewise be pretty much identical. That said, I am curious to see what they do with the FTW3 hybrid, but kinda wonder why they didn't just release both simultaneously, given that they should require the same level of re-engineering.

Reviews have shown Pascal cards with higher power headroom can have higher overclocks, but ofc silicon lottery will usually be the deciding factor if there's no binning, and it's a few FPS difference at most for a lot more power consumption. If FTW hybrid has something like a quieter or more durable cooler then that could be a good reason to get it over SC2. Getting some serious pump noise from my SC2 hybrid, waiting on some fan connector so I can control pump speed with mobo. NM, I was totally wrong. The pump is pretty darn quiet or maybe silent, don't think I hear it below my case fans running at 900 RPM. I mistook my corsair ML140 fan noise for the pump, it was making some quite loud clicking noise and some other weird buzzing noise from being positioned upside down, no idea a fan could make such noises. Giving this product 5 stars on Newegg and probably going to skip adjusting pump speed.

Yeah, they could upgrade the cooler, but I really doubt it. I noticed a bit of liquid movement noise when I first installed, but it went away. Don't notice much pump noise, but then again I haven't ever been able to discern pump noise from my Kraken either.

That'd be kinda cool... but again, doubt it because that would alienate people with only 120mm rad space. Although, then they could just get the sc2. I support this.

Your call, but for now, we can't order it anywhere, so if you see it in stock, you should order it wherever it is. Anyone knows when the SC2 HYBRID is supposed to be back in stock in the US?

I ordered mine through newegg because of free shipping and fast processing. EVGA will charge like a $15-20 shipping fee most likely, as they did for me.

Why did EVGA put the DVI connector back on with the Hybrid version? Makes no sense whatsoever. It restricts the blower fan's airflow across the surface of the PCB and no one that I know uses a DVI output anymore. If you still need a DVI connector, use a DP-to-DVI adapter for crying out loud!

More Powerintake. Instead of 250 Watt you get 280 Watt. Unfortunately some custom cooled cards are hitting their powerlimit while trying to OC although temps are perfectly fine and can "take more".

I know, this is becoming ridiculous now. EVGA announces the release of this card to get everyone hyped. Then they decide to release some stock the same day to the (US), which sold out in 15/20 minutes. They then tell us here in the (EU) the card will be available to us sometime within a week. 4 days pass and nothing. Then I get an email at 6.48am London time saying stock now in. Takes me less than 5 minutes to login and all sold out. How many was available? 5. Why is it so hard for EVGA to setup a pre-order system. Most of us in the (EU) are happy to wait. We are just not happy to sit in front of our PC pressing F5 all day. Why don't they keep us updated on availability. I have gone back to my PS4, until they sort some decent stock levels out.

Just asked the question in live chat and he said they haven't had the shipment yet but they can receive shipments up until 7pm (5pm here currently) and dispatch them that day for tomorrow delivery, i'll only be pissed if they dont get stock until Friday because my next day delivery doesn't cover me for Saturday delivery, meaning i'd have to wait until next week for it, hopefully no later than tomorrow for dispatch. Sounds like Scan waiting on EVGA though, nothing they can do.

Just got of the live chat with SCAN. They could not confirm their stock location in transit.
So who knows when they will get the card.
OCUK has an ETA of 12/May/17, but at £839.99, that's nearly a £70 mark-up.
SCAN £824
Better of waiting for EVGA restocks and playing £774 including shipping.

There are too many possibilities than point the finger solely at EVGA. 1. Scalpers galore, leaving those waiting. 2. EVGA has such high demand, they were the first ones to sell out compared to the rest of the AIB partners. 3. Nvidia knew Volta was around the corner (Maybe in response to Vega?) and so they're only giving out a limited amount of GPUs to their AIB partners.
