Had an e-mail from Scan saying my order is delayed until the 19th, disappointing, not sure if Scan or EVGAs fault, usually Scan are great. If i see it in stock anywhere else ill just buy it and cancel it from Scan, doubt it'll be in stock anywhere else though.

Iluv2raceit In stock now on Newegg - BETTER HURRY!! https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814487346&cm_re=gtx1080ti_hybrid-_-14-487-346-_-Product
Debated doing this, the total price is cheaper than from Scan, only thing im worried about is any potential customs charge, might get here earlier than the 19th/20th though.
Does Newegg US, even ship to the UK?.
Also if you was custom charged how much in total do you think it would cost?
Yeah they do, i think the total price was just over £800 including taxes and shipping but when i've ordered smaller less expensive things from the US in the past sometimes i've had to pay a customs charge at the post office, i think it varies based on the value of the parcel. I think it'd end up being more expensive than buying it from a UK store in the end.

Yep, I ordered a laptop from the US years ago, and the customs charge was a killer. Going to wait it out. Who know, now that the US seems to have regular stock updates. We in the (EU) may be lucky and get 5 or so cards.

Jet has a 30 day return policy with free returns, and it doesn't state that it has to be un-opened. I'm on the same thought process as you.

There wont be a FTW hybrid. There wasn't one with the 980 Ti either. The dual 8s doesnt make that big of a difference for overclocking. Temps definitely do though.

Jacob has already confirmed there will be an FTW Hybrid. Not sure if it's worth waiting on though...other than RGB, etc.

Proof of Confirmation? EDIT: And if that's the case, they better offer a Step-Up for those who bought the hybrid. Though the clock times wouldn't be that big of a difference and like i said, that extra 2 pins doesn't really effect overclocking ability.

https://twitter.com/EVGA_JacobF/status/861355973302116352 I actually cancelled my pre-order for the SC2 because of this but since this revelation, we've heard nothing more on it, which is disappointing! EDIT again: someone also asked again on twitter about the FTW3 Hybrid to the main EVGA account on May 10th but there have been no replies.

Yeah same, I absolutely hate buzzing, coil whine, high fan noise or anything like that. Reducing noise levels is the whole point of these hybrids anyway!

Just ordered one from Newegg the other night and set to arrive wednesday. First high end card i've ever bought, and first EVGA card as well. Im pleased to see such good reviews of their customer support. So is there anything i need to know about this card? Areas to check or inspect when unboxing before powering the card up? Has there been any reported problems with these cards yet? I know they are pretty new so they hav'nt been out long in this setup.

I ordered a tablet and micro sd card from jet a couple weeks ago. Awesome service. Fast shipping and amazing price with your first 3 orders 15 or 20 percent off something like that. Highly recommended. Thats my only order from there so I cant speak with a lot of experience but I was super super pleased with my order.
