Hey guys.
How long are the tubes on the 280mm model? Can someone tell me the length of the tubes?
Can't find this information anywhere.

Thank you!

After 5month install CLC120 and use all software FLOW CONTROL , same result:

1) My custom curbe (profil2) doesn't work normaly, the  fan turn at 2500rpm / default curbe (profil1) 1500rpm in game at 57°C at the same time   (screens tress test join : same result in game at 57°C)
ive got a helicopter on my office for less 100$ (noise)
Problem with your max T° target: 60°C   or your software?????

2) after one hour of play, although the temperature of the cpu falls to 35 ° C, the fan continues to rotate at 1500rpm  (screen join)

conclusion:

For the same result T°  my coolmaster hyper  T4 do same job  withOUT   HELICOPTER NOISE

VERY  DISAPPPOINTED

Re: EVGA CLC 120/280 Liquid CPU Coolers 2017/10/01 12:51:55 (permalink)
so the problem with this unit:

-RGB lighting are buggy? it doesnt stay on your desire color?
-Software doesnt read temp?
-the fan settings doesnt work?

If I were to load it on a specific setting, let say 1300RPM fans full time and pump at full speed, can I do this?

anything else? I am trying to weight the cost to headache ratio. I was debating on getting the NZXT kraken, but the price difference is what sway me to this, but if I am going to spend an hour+ on replacing my current AIO and figuring out how to put this in I rather cancel my orders. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Ada187,
Yes. I am currently doing this exactly. I have turned off the Fan Curve and Pump Speed Curve and manually set my pump to 100% pump speed, and set my fans to 1300 RPM constant. Mostly for noise preference, But I idle 25C and under full load never exceed 67C ( OC 6700K 4.7GHZ / 1.315V). The Flow Control software hasn't given me any issues with the newest update when it comes to reading my CLC correctly via Pump/Fan/Temps/RGB's. I just dislike the fan curve restriction only being adjustable between 20C-60C, reaching 100% fan speed when gaming.

I live in France and the only answer that gave me EVGA tech support in June 2017 =

uninstall the eva flow control softawre and re install it = no difference

NB: good news rgb of the sign works  and change with by software with the T°

I had a great esteem of EVGA products since former owner of a GTX780 Ti SC (died recently after works 5 years) but for 5 months of testing I can not adjust your software as I wish, not to mention the disagreeable surprise of noise annoyance compare my old aircooling coolmaster T4 very quiet for the "same performance"

Is everyone pretty much getting about 35-38 C on idle for CPU temps? I wonder if I should repaste.

That seems a little high for an idle temp, but that will depend on your setup. Let us know the CPU and cooler you're using, and we should be able to look into this.

Hello guys, dear Evga!

I don't know what should I think about this AiO. I bought 280mm version and... quality is very nice, installation was easy, sounds perfect but... The software is catastrophe! Fans spin like crazy, they are very loud and I can't change speed of their work. Looks like software is buggy! I decited to change factory fans to Cougar D14HB-B but it didn't solve problem. The program says fans speed is 1080 RPM but it's not possible. So my question is...

Are you going guys to finally fix it? I see that people have the same problem looooooong time. I just received it yesterday so I am thinking about send it back and buy diffrent AiO (sorry).

What is more, the app doesn't save ANY settings(!!!)

My pc system is:
i7-5775C, AsRock Extreme 6, 16GB RAM DDR3 2400MHz, GTX 1080 EVGA SC, EVGA G3 550W, NZXT 340s

Normaly,  you put all AIO  120mm  on rear because all case have a fan support 120mm on the rear  but if you have a  fan support  120mm on the top or on front on your case,   you can do what you want....

if you put it on the front side you push outside cold air on the radiator  ( if your case is bad ventilate  you can win 1 or 2 degres C°) . Enought rear is more easy to install it.

Front : look if the pipe are long enough  before buy this AIO

NB: look all forum CLC 120/240/280 to take all information of this product, not to be on it .....( its no very quiet by experience and is control is not easy)

Sounds like air is going through the pump.

Try shaking the radiator when the pump is running. If mounting to rear of case make sure the barbs are on the bottom and not the top.

Do you mean, barbs should be always on the bottom or should I rotate my pc case for a while like that? It looks like that:

@Sajin thanks it helped but it didn't solve the problem. I can still hear pump "bzzzzzz" but very quiet (I need to open case to hear it). Is it safe to use? Or should I think about RMA? What do you think?
