On the document i see many people that not purchased the 3070ti but seems that the not selled ones don't pass to the nexts constumers. Why?

If you are talking about the queue lists on the forums, they are self reported, i.e., members give their auto notify SKU, date and time to add to the list and when notified to purchase, they do the same.  For every position on the list, there are probably hundreds/thousands of people between each self reported entry.
 
It is the same situation when you hear complaints that the list only moved 20 seconds.  For each second, there are probably @30+ (if not more) people.

If that's correct that puts me 18 minutes away and maybe, just maybe I'll see it before Christmas 🎄

So uh, did EVGA forget about the 15/6 queues? It's almost 3 months now and not a single notification sent. I mean I can't believe EVGA in all it's might can't get a single card out for 3 months after opening the queue.

I'm honestly starting to believe they shadow cancelled the 15/6 queues for EU. None of 3070ti or 3080ti's that went up that day showed up. I'd really appreciate if they gave us a confirmation that this is the case though. Like pretty please.

Any new info on the cards? We didnt have another batch for a month and many people at the time didnt even buy gpus.

They are just making fun of EU at this point. 3 months and the queue didn't even advance AN HOUR.

3 months and the XC3 queue advanced ZERO seconds.. LOL... (that's a sad LOL.. like a joker LOL)

I got in line, but I try to catch a gpu in other places... I hate bots

Received mine today too, priced even higher due to higher country V.A.T., but I don't care. Prices of cards here are still higher than this. Seen a few 3070ti in the last few months below that price, but with no dual bios, no fan header, no metal backplate, less cooling, so not really comparable.
 
The only thing that I will now check out is a step-up for a 3080 FTW3 if this card is eligible

Customs fees are already paid by EVGA. But you will probably be contacted by DHL for some documents.

I'm thrilled that we finally see some progress in the European queue. There might be still hope for us yet.
