I mean : when the US Q will be fully filled, what will happen if the EU one is not filled yet?
The rules are the same, but when I see the US Q progressing faster that the EU one, out of the amount of pp who are in each Q, i have this question.
1 ref in us is already at august 2021, Q were closed in september.
Again, the queues are independent from each other. The are getting fulfilled separately. EU queues are getting fed straight from Taiwan inventory, NA queues get inventory directly from the US, afaik. There's is no cross-shipping between NA and EU queues from what we know, and it can't be due to sheer demand in both queues. The allocation of the inventory might be different, and that's EVGA's to comment for. People have been nagging about the EU since the the beginning of this year and nothing has really changed. But, you have to keep in mind that queues are nothing but self-reported lists. The reality may very well be different from what you're seeing on those lists.

US is getting 1000s times or more the cards in some cases, look at the RTX 3060 XC GAMING, it has moved 6 minutes on the EU queue, and 6 months on the NA queue..
So I assume that the US queue will be reopened before the EU one, sad..

Got my 6/10/2021 7:12:32 AM notify for FTW Ultra on Oct 13, received it next Monday Oct 18. Finally installed it yesterday. The most challenging part was installing a new M.2 SSD, those tiny screws and standoffs...:D Seems to work so far with RM750i and APC BR1600SI UPS, at least in Superposition benchmark, Vampyr, Witcher 3, Mafia DE, and Control with RTX + DLSS on Linux :) I don't hear any coil whine (though noise isolation in Fractal R6 may help with that). But the fans are loud, much louder than my Palit Gamerock 1080. Also the default fan profile was weird, turning on fans even when around 40-45C. https://i.imgur.com/7Tdvd00.png

How much people are not reporting nothing? On my side, I prefer wait one more year than pay twice the price for something, new rtx versions will be available soon, maybe here as well :)

It's an absolute scam. The EU retailers are selling EVGA cards at absurd prices but magically, somehow, EVGA has been unable to allocate any cards to EU for OVER A YEAR (in some cases closer to two years at this point).
The Americans don't care because their queue is rolling - as if they needed it in the first place. EVGA doesn't care about EU customers one bit. We'll all be waiting 5+ years and by then...

16 months waiting for a 3080, my mate is waiting 14 months and 1 week for 3070 ti.. at this stage folks wait out for the 4k series..I'll be switching back to a rog card this year after this disgrace of a queue system

Actually, at least 39 people, according to user generated trackings, received a 3070 TI XC3 Ultra here in Europe and a whole lot more in the US. True, the FTW3 moved a lot more, but XC3 does see some notifications here and there, at least in US. All we can hope is that, once the US queue is fullfilled, we do see some love for us Europeans.

Cheapest on Amazon this am is €829 3070ti it's not EVGA but for folks still waiting its an option.
3000 series Cards are dropping in price thankfully.

You will never get a card if you are in the eu. Just wait for a little bit more and you can get a better card for the same price. I joined the queue 13 months ago and i forgot about it. Checked in to see if i was able to buy a card or not and im surprised that im still in the que and got nothing lol. Why are they made this que for eu i dont know, but im glad i didnt buy anything from evga and i never will.
