If it is not Sold and Shipped By Amazon then it is a 3rd Party Seller and makes it Second Hard.
It is Preached over and over here on the Forum Not to Buy any 3rd Party Seller from anywhere.
$2,499.98 and $1,799.00 no one in their right mind would buy them.

You just asked for links, how do I know how broke you are; I won't bother linking to the ones I saw on eBay then, you probably won't like them either

It has been 3 & a half days since EVGA has my RMA number as 'pending approval'

Is this normal?  Do they work weekends?  If my 1080ti KiNGPiN is DOA, what card would be equal or better than it?  It is a KiNGPiN after all

have a good 1      cheers

Should hear something soon.  Per the link for RMA below 3 days @ EVGA after they recieve it - is the normal timeline

I would not count the day the carrier makes delivery as it is just entering the queue after it is released from receiving department

It is now late in the arvo of the 9th

No-one is working because of the holiday - Happy New Year, we are entering the Year of the Pig
Things will get going next week when everyone gets back to work

What card would I get if they can't fix it?
They said 'an equal or better' card
Only the 2080ti is better
The 2080 only has 8GB vRam, & an overclocked KiNGPiN would eat it up

That's if they have one, but if they fix mine, that is OK too

I bought a computer over a decade ago & it came with a 7600GS & I didn't like it as it came with the extra stuff when you loaded the driver; so I went over to the red side.  I loved my CR 7970's OCed, but with 3GB vRam was getting old.  I waited for Vega.  I was so disappointed with my Vega 64 LC, it was nice & fluid with a free-sync monitor, but I play FPS's so I needed the framerate.  I went into more debt, I am a pensioner, & bought a 1080ti KiNGPiN as I always wanted a KiNGPiN since I drooled over the 980ti KiNGPiN.  I was in love.  I finally got rid of the Vega 64 LC by swapping it with a Viewsonic XG2703-GS G-Sync monitor, life was good.  Then I got black screens across all 3 monitors, but it never did it again after a re-boot.  Then December happened.  One of my molars broke the side off.  Computers games would crash to desktop after 5 to 30 minutes. My beloved Definite Technology BP2006 speakers blew up.  I swapped from an ASUS X99 Deluxe to a ASUS Rampage V Edition 10 mobo, but the games were still crashing to desktop.  Monitors went black again.  I then install Windows 10 on my gaming HDD, I dual boot.  I set up 10 the way I like it then play Battlefield V again, within 5 minutes, it crashed.  I go to Metro Last Light & I get artifacts for the first time, I know what that means.
I just hope they can fix it or have one to swap as I really love this 1080ti KiNGPiN to bits.  I went in debt, which is OK, so I can have a grouse gaming computer as I don't know how long my old eyes will be able to see well enough to play FPS.  I may as well play all I can now as I don't know for how long into the future I will be able to.

Did I mention I love this 1080ti KiNGPiN to bits    :)

have a good 1      cheers

Sorry if it has been already posted, and noob question, but can u tell me, what is the green led on the backside? Seems there are 3 in line - what do they mean?

Should they all shine(only one is on always), and are there another colours? Seems it's some of bios indicating or what else? I will be grateful for the help.

They show temperature, you can check it out when you use EVGA's overclocking software

The Bios LED's show you what Bios Setting you have Selected or are using.
I use the Second One (OC) and the Color shown is Orange or Amber.

You need to Turn Off the Computer, Power Off your Power Supply and wait for your Motherboard LED to go out.
Once all the Motherboard LEDs are out you can change to another Bios Setting, I am on the Middle one or OC.
You can see what Bios is what on the Back Side.

Image 13-14: EVGA180 BIOS LED location and labels
As with all previous KINGPIN Edition cards, 1080 Ti KPE has three different BIOS ROMs and corresponding switch to select between them.
Default configuration with switch locked at right (towards power plugs), setting on NORMAL BIOS position.
BIOS difference comparison between the three are presented in table below:

Card is shipped with three different BIOSes:
Normal BIOS – This BIOS is stock baseline, +120% Power target limit
OC BIOS – This BIOS similar to Normal, but more aggressive fan profile, +130% Power target limit
LN2 BIOS – Same BIOS as OC position. HW set to disable thermal protection for LN2 overclocking.

I hope so

I did not have to OC my other one, it ran at 2000 without me having to touch anything.  I just kept it standard, it ran Far Cry 5 at just over 100FPS on a 1440p 27" monitor, all I did was make sure it had the latest driver.  I bought the KiNGPiN to be future proof, when games in the future get demanding, I will then OC the card

I got my KiNGPiN yesterday - woo hoo
I don't think it is new and I don't care, why?  Because it is a 1080 ti KiNGPiN       I think it has new fans, bonus
Question, does the warranty start from yesterday or from 12 months ago when I bought the KiNGPiN (I will never get tired of typing KiNGPiN)
I wanted to install precisionX so I can run the fans at 100% so I can see if they are all running, but, precisionX wanted a CD for me to point to, which I don't know what the stuff it wants then it aborts with code 1714 saying that I have an older version installed, so it can't be installed.  I uninstalled the old version & went to the folders manually & did a reg clean but it still said I had a older version installed.  I thought OK, I will install the older version but after pointing to the CD it says it can't install as I have the newer version installed             I can use Afterburner, but how do I change the lights on the KiNGPiN?

I did a quick test and this is the KiNGPiN running standard, you just have to love this KiNGPiN

Dont use afterburner as I believe it wont be able to control all the fans.

Download the newest version of precision x oc from evga. You'll need the serial number from the box/card as it will ask.. and I believe you'll have to log in on the site first.

Also uninstall the evga px oc now and then remove the retaining evga folder under the c: drive. Then reboot. Download the newest.

OK, thank you.  But I did download the newest Precision X OC, but I will uninstall PX OC & try it all again.  I booted to my games drive & the Precision X OC works like a charm, got the colours changing & when I booted to my W7 drive, it changed from a red to a green, but it was static.  I will not use Afterburner & will uninstall it.  Since both PrecisionX OC & PX OC both installed fine on my games drive, that is all I care as I won't need to OC the W7 drive as it only does day to day stuff.  It was just hard seeing this red all the time looking at me, green is better, I wonder what colour I will get after I boot from the games drive to the W7 drive will I get.  Back to Metro Exodus

My FPS were around 100 on a 27" 1440p monitor
I am so happy that EVGA sent me back a 1080ti KiNGPiN
I will now be able to game for years to come
Thank you EVGA, thank you very much

I was thinking, I know, is it better to get drivers from EVGA (which I have been doing) or get them from nVidia?
I can't find my 1080ti KiNGPiN (I will never get sick of saying that) box ATM & I was wonder, did it come with a riser cable in it?
My NXT 820 Phanton is getting shaky, so I will save up for a new chassis one day and I was wondering if it made any difference if I used a riser or not with the 1080ti KiNGPiN
I was going to get this riser if I was going to get one; I won't get a cheap one, I am no idiot

I saw a 2018ti KiNGPiN downunder the other day going for near enough to 4 grand!!!  stuff that.  nice  card, but
as always, thank you very much in advance for all the help
stay safe everyone, by staying inside and game

have a good 1      cheers
