I am through the queue.  Haven't paid.  Ihave a hydro copper so I gotta drain it and blah blah, plus i need to order a new EK block.  This gonna be quite a bit of work :( performance gain is probably worth it thoug.

Will be in the same boat as you. Really hoping they release the Ti HCs before I'm through this queue (not likely).

Here's mine:
Step up submitted@ 3/10/2017 10:45:39 AM EST
I'm all the way through, came out of Queue early on 3/15, paid within minutes and my return was delivered this morning and received, it's pending shipment now. so far all my stages have been a matter of hours so they are processing very quick, nice to see that.  I would expect them to ship tomorrow (if not tonight), as I doubt they would have you go through queue, pay, and recieve it if they didn't have any stock.

And if they are able to ship it out on Thursdayi should be able to get it Friday. Selected the next day delivery. Even though im like a 1-2 hour drive away, here in LA.

Well I mean you can always WAIT to start your step up lmao

Actually, I can't. I only have 5 days left to opt in :(

I really like the aesthetics of my build and am sad to change it up so soon...hahaha

You can see why here:

https://pcpartpicker.com/b/KkTBD3

Wow epic setup. Do you overclock your cpu and gpus? What are your Fire Strike scores?

Yea, I do overclock a bit. Fire Strike doesn't play too nice with my PC for some reason. I've got a 26,200 score, but I seem to be able to push my GPUs a lot further running other benchmarks.

Also, Fire Strike is bottlenecked by the CPU, which sucks :(

Damn I've been trying to hit 26k lol. Yea I have found the 3d mark benchmarks have some bugs that will mess with the scores also. I am in the same boat I have 2 1080 TI but my cpu is the weak link. I've pushed it to 4.7 but my physics scores are still pretty sad.

;)

3dmark.com/fs/12056110

Wow impressive score. Yea your physics score murders mine but I got a bit higher on the gfx score.

True that, cant wait to get both my 1080 FTW Hybrids Stepped up.

But that score is a on a laptop, and the cooling becomes a challenge at higher clocks.

This is using the same system by someone else - 3dmark.com/fs/11561882
He had his system on top of an AC :P

On the Step up note, jut finished the payment. $23 - UPS Next Day Saver :D
If everything goes smoothly i might be able to get my hands on the 1080Ti later this week on next Monday.

Was able to get a few decent scores tonight:

On the home stretch.  I took some thick foam padding from the shipping dept trash at work and boxed up my 1080 with 3 inches of padding on all sides.  The UPS guy even commented how the box felt empty so I guess that means I did a good job?  LOL

$36 ground to CA from WA.... delivery Thurs 3/23 so with any luck I'll have my shiny new Ti by Mon/Tues next week. (I refused to pay 3x as much for next day... I'll deal with integrated CPU graphics for a week.  I still have 4k resolution!)

One thing I can't figure out is why EVGA only charged me $11 Ground return shipping?

Total spent:

1080 SC  $560
Step up + shipping $151
1080 shipping $36

$747 for 32 days of a 1080 and a new 1080 Ti.

Got the email to ship my card a few hours ago. So that's like 6 business days after applying (about 3pm EST on 10th). Very reasonable.

Contemplated waiting to ship but I won't be gaming much this weekend anyway so I just boxed it up and will overnight to EVGA tomorrow (well, later today) for Wednesday delivery. 1080Ti is coming via Ground and I hope to get it by mid next week.

Really wish EVGA could figure out how to switch shipping options. If they haven't even received my old card seems like it should be doable.

I've got a Lenovo Y50 laptop with a GTX 860M I believe it is, so that'll be fine for L4D2 and some indie games if i have time this week.

Also ordered my EK TXP block (acetal/nickel) and backplate earlier today. Hyped!!!

is selling a step up card allowed? is it guest warranty since I purchased extended warranty (5 years)?

The warranty is transferable, though I'm not too sure about the extended part. I would need to read the ToS. But your on the right track, they would do a guest warranty.
I sent mine out yesterday and will be there Thursday.

I may also do the same though, sell mine and snag the FTW3 when possible. The blower style doesn't suit my rig much.

The extended warranties are not transferrable. Only the original 3 year manufacturer warranty is.

Yes you can sell a step up card. It would only have the warranty of the card from the EVGA ship date. The extended warranty is not transferrable. You can put the serial number in here http://www.evga.com/support/guestregister.asp to see how much warranty a second owner would have on the card.

It's definitely a thought... sent my 1080 back yesterday and expect the Ti within a week.

What's the general length of time for the cards like FTW3 to be released?  I just built my first PC in 16 years last month and haven't paid all that much attention to GPU releases since the GeForce3 was in style.

That's a good question, I searched for the 1080 variants but it all says May 2016 release date. Does any remember the time intervals when each of the cards actually released? Assuming it might be the same here with the Ti's.

Just shipped mine out. Will be there tomorrow.
How long do they take to update the receipt of the card and then ship out the Step Up card?

They usually ship the day after they receive it, so you will probably receive your 1080 ti on Fri

Man this is my second EVGA GPU, and i think it was the best decision i made after selling my Strix 1080.
