icebladexi Btw they wouldn't let me change shipping after having paid so make sure u do that before you pay
That should be possible, all the emails say that the address should be updated / changed before EVGA receives the card back.
That is correct. You can update the shipping information as long as we have not yet received the product. Once it is received into our system the shipping address is locked in.
I think he was talking about changing the shipping method, not the address but I could be wrong.

I called the day before they received my card, about 2 days after I had selected shipping and paid. The guy on the phone said that it's not possible after payment has been submitted without canceling your step up completely and starting a new one. Resetting your line in the queue. So yes, it's possible but only if you want to go all the way to the back of the line, which I'm sure no one would since you would get the card much, much later than just waiting on your original shipping method.
Quick question. What is the post count you need to link or imbed images on here? I'm close to 100. Figured it would be lower than that but hoping it is at least just 100.
Going to try to link one and see if it will work without removing the www or anything. https://ibb.co/h84Mtv
Guess it works. I'll have more pics tomorrow of it naked and putting the block on.
I do apologize for the information you received. It is possible to change the shipping address up until the product is received into our system.

Good to know. But I was trying to change the shipping method to a faster one not change my address. That is what they said wasn't possible after payment. Sorry for the confusion.

My apologies for the confusion on my end! Yes, you would have to change the shipping method prior to payment.

Better yet, give us a hint about if the SC black will be available for step-up. I know one wink for yes, two for no. P.S. @Joseph I really do love that Commander Keen avatar.

We do not have access to the queue or anyone's position in the queue. I know that we are fulfilling Step Up requests as quickly as possible and they are being sent out on a regular basis. Unfortunately this is the most information that we have regarding the queue. I do apologize for the limited information available to us!

Well, two different EVGA techs that I called said it wasn't possible after payment unless you cancel the step up then restart a new one. Maybe the right person would go through the trouble but the 2 I called said a definite NO! YMMV.

Success. I received and installed my new card on Tuesday! No regrets what so ever. Not about pairing it with an X58 System... Not about running it with a 1080P monitor (Samsung Syncmaster P2770)... Not about "settling" for a Founder's Edition. This thing kicks some serious ass. I run racing sims exclusively... Project Cars 80% of the time. Though I sync at 60FPS, I am always looking for more smoothness and detail. My 1080 Ti delivers both / beats my 1080 SC big time! ...has me slack jawed. Even color and contrast seems better. Very happy. When I do feel the need, I have a simple upgrade path available by just changing monitors. I will of course change platforms eventually. For now my old muscle car (X58 Classified / 980X clocked at 4.2Ghz) seems to pair with and feed this beast of a card more than adequately. Right on!

japemo Why in eu.evga.com my state is: Queue Complete: Pending Processed Payment: Pending Received: Pending Shipped Out: Pending Shipping Method: N/A Tracking Number: N/A
And evga.com:
Step-Up Queue: In Queue Processed Payment: Pending Received: Pending Shipped Out: Pending Shipping Method: N/A Tracking Number: N/A
OMG!!!!
In Queue, means this: It means like everyone else, that you are in line, but that You have a Secure place now with Evga. Pending: Means that Evga will ask for Step's 1 and 2 being 1 of them that you had to have had Product Registered with the 5 year warranty extension, if you haven't already. 2) Everyone must Upload their products Invoice to Evga.com Unless they bought their product from Evga.com only. After all of that everyone will get step 3) Which they will ask you for your Payment method. 4) After your Payment has been ok'd, the Number 4 will have you Ship your current Gpu. 5) After EVGA has gotten't your Product that people want to Step-up from and Only that Gpu, then Evga will send you you New Step-up Gpu. Hope that helps.
Hi 1. Where said that If I buy a EVGA GPU must up warranty to 5 years? I did not purchase the warranty extension. Why have diferent states.... 2. My EVGA 1080 SC was bought 7 Feb 2017, registered 16 Feb 2017 with invoice uploaded corrrectly "Invoice has been uploaded." 3. Regardless of this, Why in evga.com and eu.evga.com have diferent states, this is not normal... EU and US have diferent works or method?

Not all New Gpu's come with the 5 year warranty, but only 2 years. The 5 year Extended warranty, is there fore Whoever does a Step-up must get the Extended 5 year warranty, as it says that All step-up people must do, or they will only keep Looping in the Step-up circle til' either Evga sends an Email saying that they must get the 5 year Extended warranty to be able to do the Step-up, or it could get cancelled if you have been in the Step-up forever. For anyone who doesn't know if they need to get the 5 year Extended warranty, they can go to their own Product page and it should tell them if they have bought the 5 year Extended warranty to be able to Step-up, which here in the United States is i believe $30.00. After that your Step-up will continue based on First come first serve bases of course. Also, if that didn't still answer your question, then the best next thing to do will to Call Evga.

forkinator Just wondering how long it should take if I joined the queue on 3/18? When should I expect my card? I'm assuming that demand is exceedingly high but I'm hopeful that I get to the next step in the process asap. Already have invoice submitted(submitted before step-up). Also, my GTX 1080 classified ran me $719 and the TI FE is $699 so I wouldn't have e to pay anything but I chose to do 2nd day air shipping so I gotta pay $39.99 This is brutal as I'm not a patient person... Especially not for this.
I started in 'Q' on March 10 and now i just have to get my Gpu mailed out. I might try Overnight UPS? If i were you, since you don't have a lot of patience, and that can easily lead to anger which isn't any good. Then i have to do a Lot more work around the house, cleaning wise and also weight lifting and practicing Kung-fu and other fighting. Make yourself sweat so bad that you'll be too tired and won't care about your new Gpu for about 6 hours.

Afterburner
velo-x I just paid the 99 to get the Icx. Shipping my old card monday-tuesday. So how much does a 1080 iCX FTW owner pay to step up to the 1080ti FE?
Your get credit for the 1080 ICX FTW in the amount of $679.00. Add your choice of shipping and you have your answer
Just got my 1080 SC2 today and did the same thing as you did Afterburner. Pulled it out of the box, looked at it and put it back into the box to be shipped out again.

Step-Up ID RMA ID: 511ARF New Part Number 11G-P4-6390-KR Step-Up Queue 3/10/2017 Processed Payment 3/11/2017 Received 3/21/2017 Shipped Out 3/22/2017 Shipping Method UPS Tracking Number xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Go meeeeee! Will have card on 28th. It definitely seems like stock for the ti is a lot better than previous 1080 rollout. I get my EK Titan XP block today. I like the fact that the step-up card is registered with info. Hope you guys in the EU get your cards soon.

Successfully submitted step 1 = 3/21/2017 Upload Invoice Step 2 = already completed Submit Payment Step 3 = 3/22/2017 Ship original GPU to EVGA Step 4 = 03/22/2017 @ 8am via next day shipping. Stepped up GPU shipped to end user Step 5 = Trade in card is currently set to be delivered today to the warehouse. Has been out for delivery since 7am this morning. My F5 key is about to wear out! I paid for next day shipping there and back. Im really hoping that they will be able to process it today and ship it out so it makes it here tomorrow (Friday.). If not, then processed Friday and delivered Saturday? Im not sure if UPS delivers on saturday with next day shipping though. I paid extra to expedite the process, but i totally understand and cannot even begin to imagine how swamped the warehouses must be with everyone doing step ups right now! Im sure we can all agree how much we appreciate the efforts of everyone involved in getting us all taken care of as quickly as possible! Im really looking forward to having the card for the weekend! Im very excited to take it to a local gaming event I have planned for Saturday night. If not, nothing i can do but wait!

Really doubt it, mine got there yesterday early morning around 9:30AM PST, they updated the status on the site 30 mins later. Im hoping the 1080 Ti ships out today, and ill have mine tomorrow. I hoping for same day processing yesterday, but from all the step up feedback i read over the last few days, they seem to be shipping them out the next day.
