For anyone who doesn't know if they need to get the 5 year Extended warranty, they can go to their own Product page and it should tell them if they have bought the 5 year Extended warranty to be able to Step-up, which here in the United States is i believe $30.00. After that your Step-up will continue based on First come first serve bases of course. Also, if that didn't still answer your question, then the best next thing to do will to Call Evga.

Thanks @Scarlet-Tech I'm from Spain, so I follow this link: http://eu.evga.com/support/stepup/ I have 3 years of warranty from EVGA. So before link said: WHAT PRODUCTS QUALIFY FOR THE STEP-UP PROGRAM? You can unlock the Step-Up option for any Limited Lifetime Warranty or 3 Year Warranty product as long as it meets the conditions listed below. Once the Step-Up option is unlocked, you will have 90 days from the original purchase date for your product to start the upgrade process through the EVGA website. Once the Step-up process is started you will receive a confirmation email.
- Register your 3 Year Warranty product purchased new from an authorized reseller within 14 days of your original purchase date.

Packages must be processed and labeled for Saturday Delivery. The shipper pays extra for Saturday Delivery." I highly doubt EVGA pays extra for the Saturday delivery, so they will not be delivering your package on Saturday.

It's the Costumer that always pays for back and forth shipping.

Right, but I didn't see the option to add Saturday delivery there so I doubt EVGA will be adding that.

Every single person that has gotten theirs already and has posted on here and some other sites that I've read have had their step up card sent to them the next business day after EVGA had their card. So I'm pretty confident yours will too. Haven't seen a person post it took 2 or 3 days yet. Though, if they have any issues with the old card it could delay it another day I'm sure. Like not packaged correctly or you didn't put all the parts back on the air cooler if you had a block on it or the card won't work for some reason, etc. Barring anything like that, you will almost definitely have yours shipped tomorrow.

Cool... I should be good to go then. I only had the 1080 SC card for a month and didn't modify it in any way because I knew I wouldn't have it long. I took 3 inch foam padding from work and packed it well enough the UPS guy actually asked me if the box was empty. Will post back on the shipping... hopefully tomorrow.

numphy Success. I received and installed my new card on Tuesday! No regrets what so ever. Not about pairing it with an X58 System... Not about running it with a 1080P monitor (Samsung Syncmaster P2770)... Not about "settling" for a Founder's Edition. This thing kicks some serious ass. I run racing sims exclusively... Project Cars 80% of the time. Though I sync at 60FPS, I am always looking for more smoothness and detail. My 1080 Ti delivers both / beats my 1080 SC big time! ...has me slack jawed. Even color and contrast seems better. Very happy. When I do feel the need, I have a simple upgrade path available by just changing monitors. I will of course change platforms eventually. For now this old muscle car (X58 Classified / 980X clocked at 4.2Ghz) seems to pair with and feed this beast of a card more than adequately. Right on!
Congrats on your new Gpu, and congrats on that nice beautiful machine. Very nice and clean and a good 1,000 watts for good measure heheh. :)
Thanks man. Nice box... It was a labor of love at the time. I'll have to get a few more pics up. Yah... Power = stability. I wanted plenty of headroom to overclock my processor 24/7 and run 2 mega-cards + all the accessories. My little friend heats my office in the wintertime :-)

Mine took about two days days to ship out this time. They got my card on Monday ~11:00 according to UPS. They shipped last night and it's out on delivery. I'm about two hours from them in CA for reference. I'm sure they got a bunch of cards on Monday from people shipping them and the cards in transit over the weekend so probably had a backlog of cards to work through in my case. Best of luck, looking forward to getting mine in the machine tonight if the guys in the brown trucks do their part.

Any idea by what time people start getting the shipping emails? The step 5 email said after 6PM, buts its the next day after EVGA received my card, and no updates yet. I think everyone's step up card was shipping out the following day after EVGA received their old one.

Same here. I read this earlier... bloodhawk1989 Really doubt it, mine got there yesterday early morning around 9:30AM PST, they updated the status on the site 30 mins later. Im hoping the 1080 Ti ships out today, and ill have mine tomorrow. I hoping for same day processing yesterday, but from all the step up feedback i read over the last few days, they seem to be shipping them out the next day.
... hasn't happened to me though. 8 hours later still says "Pending" under received.

bloodhawk1989 Any idea by what time people start getting the shipping emails? The step 5 email said after 6PM, buts its the next day after EVGA received my card, and no updates yet. I think everyone's step up card was shipping out the following day after EVGA received their old one.
That seems to be the trend based on... strato79
Or maybe you'll break the trend? condemned5 mine arrived on a Friday, they shipped the 1080TI on Monday... (I'm supposed to get my 1080TI tomorrow)
Yeah everyone keeps saying it's next day after they receive it... and mine was received today so we'll see. Shipping Friday is better than Monday but it's still coming ground either way so I'll be waiting 3 days for the truck to drive up I-5 from CA to WA.

LOL yeah... I took some 3 inch foam padding from work and put mine in the original box and then surrounded it on all sides with this padding. Box was unable to move inside the bigger box. UPS guy asked if box was empty when I shipped it. Still insured it for $700. Shipping tomorrow would be nice... I'm expecting 3 days ground up the west coast. I'm ready to get back to my VR. Just bought BF1 as well... never played any of the BF games but hear the graphics are amazing. 7700k with a 1080 Ti in 4k? I'm stoked. I read a review earlier that "the 1080 Ti is the single card solution for 4k gamers." LOL

Yeah kinda, i paid for next day delivery. So if ships tomorrow i get it on Monday, just wont be able to play with it over the weekend. My water blocks should be here on Monday as well though. Was really hoping it gets shipped out today, like everyone else. But oh well.. cant help it. I did pack the 1080 FTW Hybrid properly, in the original box and then inside a much bigger box.

TRClark911 Successfully submitted step 1 = 03/10/2017 @ 1:42pm Upload Invoice Step 2 = Done on 2/20/2017 Submit Payment Step 3 = 03/20/2017 Ship original GPU to EVGA Step 4 = 03/20/2017 (received by EVGA 03/23/2017) Stepped up GPU shipped to end user Step 5 = So EVGA received my 1080 about 90 minutes ago... I don't expect the Ti to ship today... but given their "1-3 business days" per the step-up FAQ... what are the odds of it shipping tomorrow? Are most shipped the next day? Not stressing about it either way, mine is coming ground from CA to WA I'm just curious.

UPS shows card was received Wednesday, 03/22/2017 at 10:17am, left at Receiver, received by CASTILLO. Profile page shows Received as 03/22/2017, Shipped out is still pending as of 10:52 EST / 7:52 PST...perhaps I'm bucking the trend here? Solidly packed it, card was bone stock and packed in the original box...hindsight being 20/20 I'm kicking myself for paying the extra to ship it there AND the extra to ship from EVGA as they got my card Wednesday and I'm wagering the Ti won't get to me until probably a week after that. Oh well, c'est la vie...

I did the same... packaging definitely won't be a problem. Just gotta wait it out and see if it updates tomorrow. Honestly I'm not gonna lose sleep if I get the card next Thursday instead of Tuesday. I'm already expecting Tuesday to be a best case scenario Friday shipment. hard-case UPS shows card was received Wednesday, 03/22/2017 at 10:17am, left at Receiver, received by CASTILLO. Signed for by the same guy on my UPS tracking. Stories like yours are why I feel pretty good about just paying the $11 ground from EVGA and the $35 ground (with insurance) to EVGA. What good is it to pay for overnight shipping when the item sits for 3 days? Good luck with the shipment.

Yeah, its weird how all of the last batch shipped the next day the original card was received and then all of a sudden ours is delayed.
