Tomorrow at 10:30am I will be at UPS ready to pickup my 1080ti, My be quiet fans got delayed by a day cause UPS put it on the wrong plane, fedex dropping off the hue+ tomorrow as well. Hopefully superbiz is good about refunding shipping fees since I payed for 2 day Air

Mine has been at The Knoxville hub, where I'm supposed to pick it up tomorrow, since 5am this morning. I didn't expect it to be there till tonight so I didn't look before I went to work. I could have picked it up on my way to work if I had known. Only thing that is worrying me is I never got the email or any kind of notification that my request to hold it there for pickup was approved. Usually they send me an email saying it's approved waiting to be picked up at that location. Maybe because it's not due up for delivery till tomorrow and they will email me late tonight or early in the morning. Last time this happened, it was still put on a truck and was delivered to the house instead. But I got an email on that one saying my will call was declined because I didn't request it till the night before they put in on the truck. I put in this request before it ever left California on Thursday or so. I don't mind them just delivering it normally but I'm afraid a signature will be required and I won't be there and I'm getting no option to release it for drop off without a signature like I usually have on my tracking page. The button just isn't there like it usually is. Guess I'll find out in the morning when I get up. If they put it on a truck I'll just put a note with my signature and saying to leave it at the door. I've done that before and they have left it and took the note.

Has anyone that joined the queue to step up from a classified to a TI FE on 3/18 or afterwards approved?

It's always been 90 days since the day you bought your Gpu to be able to Step-up w/ exception of the extra 30 more days for people that got New iCX. You should be approved if your still in the 90 day window, or the 90 day +30 days if you paid that $99.00 for an ICX upgrade then you should be able to do a Step-up.

If you Click on the Member title on the top of the page here, then Click on My Products, it will tell you what cards you can step-up to and how many days you have also.

I understand that i am in the queue. My question is  if there is anyone out there that has gone to step 2 of the queue since being put into the queue on 3/18 or afterwards.

"We recently received a request for Step-Up on the following product and our warehouse is working to reserve this product for you. When your product has been successfully reserved, you will receive another email with instructions for step 2."

So im just wondering how long the wait is for anyone who has stepped up at the same time as me and has gotten to step 2 ( 1080Ti reserved )

Honestly, it took me 11 days to get from 1 to 3.

Why in eu.evga.com my state is:

Queue Complete: Pending
Processed Payment: Pending
Received: Pending
Shipped Out: Pending
Shipping Method: N/A
Tracking Number: N/A

And evga.com:

Step-Up Queue: In Queue
Processed Payment: Pending
Received: Pending
Shipped Out: Pending
Shipping Method: N/A
Tracking Number: N/A

OMG!!!!

In Queue, means this: It means like everyone else, that you are in line, but that You have a Secure place now with Evga.
Pending: Means that Evga will ask for Step's 1 and 2 being 1 of them that you had to have had Product Registered with the 5 year warranty extension, if you haven't already.  2) Everyone must Upload their products Invoice to Evga.com Unless they bought their product from Evga.com only.

After all of that everyone will get step 3) Which they will ask you for your Payment method.

4) After your Payment has been ok'd, the Number 4 will have you Ship your current Gpu.

5) After EVGA has gotten't your Product that people want to Step-up from and Only that Gpu, then Evga will send you you New Step-up Gpu.

Hope that helps.

Hi
1. Where said that If I buy a EVGA GPU must up warranty to 5 years? I did not purchase the warranty extension. Why have diferent states....
2. My EVGA 1080 SC was bought 7 Feb 2017, registered 16 Feb 2017 with invoice uploaded corrrectly "Invoice has been uploaded."
3. Regardless of this, Why in evga.com and eu.evga.com have diferent states, this is not normal... EU and US have diferent works or method?

My step-up:

Successfully submitted step 1 = 03/10/2017 19:58 CET
Upload Invoice Step 2 = 02/17/2017 ( Brought from EVGA, anyway i uploaded when i registered the card. )
Submit Payment Step 3 = Pending
Ship original GPU to EVGA Step 4 = Pending
Stepped up GPU shipped to end user Step 5 = Pending

Don't freak out. My product page looks the same. Nothing wrong with your step up, just wait patiently , if you follow the post you see the initial batch is gone. No card on stock. Neither in EU neither in US. I guess mid April or latest May first week we will get the cards. Paper launch is ON! First 2 month of hype is a struggle.

Hi. You have just joined 20 minutes ago and you have been posting on a lot of different threads suddenly. May I inquire why you have been posting so suddenly on so many different threads with extrmely short posts that are random at times?

This is a step up thread, and your post does not fit in with the topic.

I think for now Step up only works for peeps in the US. Everybody else is still on hold. How long is it going to take? It would be nice if some EVGA representative from EU could give us some more information.

Just wondering how long it should take if I joined the queue  on 3/18? When should I expect my card?

I'm assuming that demand is exceedingly high but I'm hopeful that I get to the next step in the process asap. Already have invoice submitted(submitted before step-up). Also, my GTX 1080 classified  ran me $719 and the TI FE is $699 so I wouldn't have e to pay anything  but I chose to do 2nd day air shipping so I gotta pay $39.99

This is brutal as I'm not a patient person... Especially not for this.

Not sure how this forum works, but some forums require a minimum amount of posts before some features are made available such as private messaging, create new thread, etc. Maybe he is just spamming his post count up for that reason.

I joined the queue on 3/10 and everything was completed and my 1080 card shipped to EVGA 3/20.  ETA to EVGA is tomorrow 3/23 and then shipment back will be another 3 business days.

What's brutal about waiting 16+ days?  It's only an extra 15-30 fps over the 1080?  LOL

Hell I'm running integrated 7700k graphics till the Ti shows up.  Patience is a virtue!

Uploaded a picture but can't seem to find out how to post it. Is there a minimum post count before you can put up pics?

I ordered the Titan XP Block From EK the day I got my 3rd step email for payment. Knowing I would have the card soon I went ahead and bought one. I've had the block since last Wednesday.

Ah gotcha. I ordered mine on the 17th, Step up went through on the 20th. Estimated shipping date says 24th. But since i opted for the DHL Express option, from past deliveries i have had from them using the same option, it should get here on Monday or Tuesday at most.

About pictures. It's letting me upload but don't see anywhere to link or attach it to my post. Is there a post count restriction? Think I'm up to around 90 now.

Or maybe it's because I'm posting from my phone instead of the full PC version of the site?

Just upload them somewhere and remove the www from the link.

I just hit the upload to server link on my reply form and it took it but can't find it when I go to my pictures on here. Even though it shows I have 1. Ah. Have to get ready for work. I'll post in the morning when I get off. Or I'll upload to another server and link it. Thanks.

Sounds like Fed-ex lost the package. Filling out the claim form now. Driver said the address for EVGA was the old address and the one they sent to was the right one. Long couple of weeks went to step 5 on the on the 10th and now this. Now the fun of getting the insurance out of it.

That should be possible, all the emails say that the address should be updated / changed before EVGA receives the card back.

Ok so I have started the process

Step one = 03/22/2017 @10:29am
Upload Invoice = That is something I'm wondering. Since it is an ICX upgrade, do they add the invoice? I know I read it some where on the forum here but I just can't find it. Basically just want to know if I need to do something at this stage or if they will continue on until it is time for me to send them money.

I called the day before they received my card, about 2 days after I had selected shipping and paid. The guy on the phone said that it's not possible after payment has been submitted without canceling your step up completely and starting a new one. Resetting your line in the queue. So yes, it's possible but only if you want to go all the way to the back of the line, which I'm sure no one would since you would get the card much, much later than just waiting on your original shipping method.

Quick question. What is the post count you need to link or imbed images on here? I'm close to 100. Figured it would be lower than that but hoping it is at least just 100.

Going to try to link one and see if it will work without removing the www or anything.

Guess it works. I'll have more pics tomorrow of it naked and putting the block on.

That is correct. You can update the shipping information as long as we have not yet received the product. Once it is received into our system the shipping address is locked in.

If you have a moment, please rate my service. We appreciate the feedback!
