Brianm0121 I don't know if this is a positive note, but I originally submitted my step up request on 03/10/2017 at 12:45 PM EST. I tend to check once a day on the status and today it shows under "Step-Up Queue" a blank box instead of saying "Pending" like it has done for the past few days. Also near the bottom it where "Next Step" is it displays "Awaiting Approval", I'm not sure if it always said that but I feel like that's something new. I'm hopeful that it means something or could just be a glitch in the system.
I dont understand.... If FE start to sell (same time in the world) at 19:00 in Spain (CET) = 2pm EST, how you done start step up 1:15 hours after (12:45pm est)
I dont understand this...
The 1080ti went on sale at 10am PST/1pm EST. So he got in queue 15 minutes before launch.

It started the same time, but in the first hour, evga europe had a bug the TI was not listed in the step up list.(I reported this here.) It was fixed around 19:50-55. I did my step up 19:56 . Im still stuck in step 1 ;) If the step up queue is global we are in a bad situation. If not then i don't have any idea what happening with the EU setpups. Quite frustrating to see everyone getting the card in US , and we just waiiiiiting and waaiiittinngg....

Support answer : "I can confirm that there is nothing wrong with your Step-Up and are currently waiting to reach the front of the queue. Waiting in queue can take several days to several weeks depending on demand. At this point in time all that is left to do would be wait to reach the front of queue. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused." So i guess we will wait a lot :)

I'm curious to know how many people ask for the step up, because after reading you it sounds like there is 6 billion people on the waiting list :D the fisrt batch of 1080ti is gone quickly but I bet everyone will have his ti by the end of the month. Only 15 page here with the same guys, not a lot of people are buying 1080ti, even less have bought a 1080 evga elligible to the stepup, and even some of them are not aware of the stepup program. It's pretty confidantial, a niche within a niche. I saw a man selling his 1080 evga bought a month ago, to bought the new 1080ti. He was selling the 1080 450€ after buying it 700€... * What i mean is don't worry about your position in the queue, there will be enough ti for everyone

There's always plenty. It just depends on how much their weekly-ish shipments can they allocate for the stepup vs for sale. And most of us are comparing it to the past where there was like a 3 month wait for it This time around is much faster so far and maybe around 1k would be interested in joining the queue. Maybe?

No, they removed the queue number from that page. Claimed it wasn't accurate. That's why a couple people posted the date and time they joined the queue to give you a better idea where they are in the queue. So far I think most peeps prior to noon(3/10 PST) on the day it started are getting their cards soon.

I see, many thanks. I am happy to wait, just thought I messed up something or did not include all the needed information.

I got a text and an email From USPS saying I have a package being sent to my address from PSI SYSTEMS, Inc from Henderson, NV. It's odd because I've never heard of that company and never received texts or emails from them for a package till today. I guess where I signed up for the MyUSPS thing is why I'm getting the texts and emails but I have no clue what could be coming from that company. It has a tracking number and everything. I know it can't be my card since I Used UPS groud for shipping back. Unless they use the postal service to get it to close to where I live then UPS takes it from there. My step up page doesn't show anything for shipped out yet and no email from them. They've had my card since yesterday morning so my new one should go out today. Just weird coincidence I guess but still baffled by that company, PSI SYSTEMS, Inc. Wish I knew what it could be as I'm not expecting anything else.

That is a totally different company, someone or you bought something from http://www.psisystemsinc.net/ The TI will come from EVGA in CA where you shipped it to.

Not the same company!

I didn't think it was the card. Just I really odd. I have absolutely nothing on order or anyone sending me anything. At least not planned or that I know of. Could just be a screw up. I did a search for the company and some other person said they got one from the same company and the next day it was gone from his MyUSPS page and the tracking page said the tracking number had been canceled.

Yup. Seen that one too. Funny because he was going through a step up too at that time almost a year ago. Very weird coincidence.

And for anyone wondering and have asked previously in this thread, you cannot change your shipping method after your payment has been verified. I called last night and said they couldn't. They would have to redo the entire step up and you'd be put back in the queue as it stands at the moment you cancel and start again. Sucks but I still should get mine by next Friday as long as it goes out by tomorrow. They've had it since yesterday morning so I'd say it's already been shipped. I read earlier they don't post the shipping updates and tracking information till 6PM PST. So I'll have to wait till 9 PM my time tonight to see if mine shipped today. I'm getting antsy!

My card was delivered to EVGA yesterday at 10:15am. Still waiting on them to ship the step up back. Hopefully it's not too much longer, early access on BF1 is going on and I have no card

I think they usually do most of the shipping later in the day. I got email with my tracking at 530pm pst.

They say 1-3 days but almost everyone I've seen so far in this first wave of shipments had theirs sent back out to them the next business day. Mine was received by them yesterday at the same time as the above poster, around 10am PST and I fully expect to get my shipping info by 6 PST or so. I read on their site or a thread on here somewhere that they don't send out the shipping information, even if it was shipped early in the morning, till close to closing time which is 6pm PST if I'm not mistaken. So if we don't get our shipping update by 7 or so then it's probably going to be the next day.
