Ups said my 1080 card was received at evga yesterday at 11am but evga status is still pending. Now I'm all paranoid ups sent it to the wrong place!

How long does it usually take when the package is delivered and evga changes the status to received?

Mine took about 6 hours or so ...Depends how many other cards got there before yours maybe ? Mine got there at 9 am yesterday...

Yeah, you'll have to at least give them the 3 day window that was stated in the step up process. If it goes longer than that, then I would call. Until then there is nothing to worry about. I was the same way, I wanted my Ti more than anything. haha I was periodically checking every hour or so.

Mine was delivered to EVGA by UPS on a Thursday, but not marked 'received' until the next day, Friday.  Then the new replacement card didn't ship out to me until late on Monday.  I got it the following Friday.

I was too cheap to pay more for the quicker shipping, but then I had two cards to step-up, so I could keep one in my computer while the first was exchanged.  I've got the first 1080 FE running in my computer now, and just a short while ago, I got an email saying my second card I sent in was delivered to EVGA.  I don't expect it to be marked as received, probably until tomorrow.

They received mine last Thursday and it took until Monday for them to acknowledge receipt.  I'm sure they received it.

Also received step two today in the EU. Out of interest what country do you have to return your old card to?

If Step-up program use same warehouse as other departments then Munich, Germany.

Mine was marked as received today, arrived yesterday. I'm hoping it'll ship out tomorrow. However, I doubt it'll arrive to VA before the weekend though. /sadface

If you are talking about from an ICX upgrade then you don't have to upload anything. The step-up will continue to proceed as if you had uploaded one.

If you are talking about a card you bought then scan a copy of the receipt and upload it.

I just did the same thing and got super excited until I realized it's the hybrid cooler for the 1080 Ti, nothing has updated past today's update of received for the 1080 Ti.

My 1080 received on Monday, just got a ups tracking notification for delivery tomorrow! No update on evgas site yet. Also, I want the deal evga has with ups - it cost me $100 to 2nd day air deliver it from SC to CA, but it costs $47 to overnight it back to me?

Its only $20 to ship 2 day usps priority with insurance.

I uploaded a copy of the sales receipt from Microcenter where I bought my two EVGA 1080 Classifieds.  You need something that shows where you bought your cards and what the price was.

Most of the boxes (except the hybrid for what i understand) fit into a usps flat rate medium box. Its like $13 to ship + insurance anywhere to 50 states.

You don't give UPS the amount of business that EVGA does.  Also, I'm not 100% sure, but I don't believe EVGA insures the cards when they ship them.  They probably have an agreement with UPS about that too.

It cost me $31 to ship my 1080 Classified from near Chicago to EVGA using USPS 2-day priority, with insurance for $700.  I shipped it Saturday morning and it arrived at EVGA this morning and was listed as 'received' late this afternoon, their time.

What EXACTLY will I need to send EVGA in order for them to accept my iCX to 1080 Ti Step-Up? Like what accessories, cables, etc? Also, how do I turn on the 3 thermal LED's at the front? They don't turn on automatically.

Mine was 46.69 CAD for 800$ CAD insurance and 4-7 day ground shipping, which ended up being 3 days. idk if thats overpriced or not but I'm sure DownRange's is overpriced. Especially cause it's USD.
