Well, if you're on the part of the iCX upgrade, it should only be 99.99 + Shipping to them. But after that, from iCX to 1080 TI FE it'll be 20$ plus shipping to AND from EVGA. That is, if you got the 1080 FTW2.
I did have the SC but yes. As I look at my products page its listing my cost to step up at $130 not the $50+shipping it should be.
Make sure that when you select the step up option under the My Products page that you do NOT select that yes the card was part of a pre-built system (select NO for that one!). I found that out the hard way when it wasn't letting me select the $639.99 as the cost of my 1080 iCX base model.

I selected the SC2 card. There wasn't any option like you mentioned. What I will is that some reported that the invoice should have already been populated for me as I received the new card from EVGA. I had to pull the invoice for the ICX off my products page and re upload to enter the queue(because the email states for fastest processing upload ASAP.) So I'm thinking this must be the cause based on what you stated. Looks like I'm gonna be on the phone with EVGA and Corsair(fan bearing)tomorrow. On a side note my ICX OC's to over 2.1ghz so I have that until this gets straightened out. Wasn't going to put it under water but I actually can't stand the fans running above 50% and that doesn't keep me blow 60c. Dark Chronos

Mine was also delivered around 1020am pst but I haven't seen an update from evgas website which is my only concern. I know it'll take them a day or three to ship my ti out.

not bad 8 days without a gpu glad i made the cut before it sat there during the weekend.I have been buzy so its gone pretty fast. I am pretty excited to get it though
My timeline was the same....i actually shipped mine out via ground, wasn't due to arrive until april 5 but somehow they sent it by air and it got there on the 29th (no complaints there). Didn't make the weekend cut so waiting for them to send mine out.

Eh i wouldn't be concerned. They have effectively 3 days worth of shipments coming in so mondays probably take longer.

Mine has been there since last Thursday. Shipped through FedEx and just found out there was damage (caused by FedEx). I`ve paid the $15 so now I hope they ship out my FE today or tomorrow. I've been without a computer coming up on two weeks now.

And I was literally about 30 mins from completing 1080 SLI and cancelling step-up (just was finalizing some accessories and fittings, some items ordered on Highflow in the morning before work) when I've received this (17:23):
"...we are happy to announce that your Step-Up request has completed the queue process and it is ready for final processing.
This is Step 2 of 4 "Uploaded invoice when registered so now REAL waiting begins. Oh man excitement is so palpable.
So to give a little ray of hope for all EU folks yes, Tis are coming, crawling very slowly, but still coming...
For now 1080 SLI is gone. I will get to Ti SLI eventually, but at a later date - for now I saved tons of cash because of this email. Go EVGA, Go, Go!

Ups said my 1080 card was received at evga yesterday at 11am but evga status is still pending. Now I'm all paranoid ups sent it to the wrong place!
How long does it usually take when the package is delivered and evga changes the status to received?
