Here is what I would do...

#1 Use ddu to remove and cleanup your graphics drivers. Run it in safemode.

#2 Perform a clean installation of video drivers.
    1. Uninstall Precision X/Afterburner if installed, make sure to select "no" to saving profiles if asked.  Reboot the PC now if you had to uninstall PX or Afterburner.
    2. Download & save graphics driver 347.88 to your desktop. Run the graphics installer located on your desktop once the download is complete.
    3. Select custom advanced install, under custom installation options uncheck all options except the physx system software, if you have a 3D capable monitor and would like to use 3D at some point please select both 3D options, check mark perform clean install, then click next to install the driver, reboot when asked.
#3 Check your motherboard bios settings to make sure your ram is running at the correct frequency, timings & voltage. The frequency, timings & voltage set inside the motherboard bios should match the jedec stickers on the sides of your ram modules...

i went into Bios Timing are set correct. voltage looked like was off but every time i try to lower it never seems like it takes even after i save and exit.. my ram's voltage is susposed to be 1.35v and always looks like it's set @ stock 1.5v. maybe i have a glitch w/ my Bios on my z68 ftw.... i installed (awhile ago) r22. same issue w/ my multiplyer its 133..but showing correct freq.

this thing had fried my Brain....lol

Might want to try clearing the cmos, re-flashing older/newer bioses to see if you can correct the issues.

You can see all your bsod's using a program called bluescreenview. The stop code (bug check code) can be seen using the program as well.

Does the bluescreen happen while your gaming or just at the desktop/browsing the web?

You can also clear out your swap file and set to Zero and restart you computer and run chkdsk /f then reboot and then set you swap file back up and retest. Could also be a problem with your upper 384.

Best thing to do would be to buy a brand new set of cheap ram to see if the BSOD stops. BSOD 0x50 is definitely RAM related.

Sajin is correct. Definitely has to be RAM related. It could possibly be the motherboard if the new RAM doesn't fix the issue. Check the DIMM slots for any debris/dust. Always set the RAM to the specified voltage, timing and speed. I don't really trust most auto settings when it comes to RAM.

Theoretically, it could be the motherboard if new RAM doesn't fix this.
