Hello,
today i received an email saying that the queue system is going to change and i was advised to keep only 2 cards in the queue. But when i open the link it goes to the us site, not the eu. Do you Know if EU queue is going to have the same rules of US? do i need to keep only to cards by October 11?

Thank you:)

Not sure where that mail was from but yes the changes on how the queues are working coming this Monday apply to the EU as well. You should also make sure you have an active mobile no. in your profile because they've added an sms verification step before purchasing. For more information on the coming changes, check this thread: https://forums.evga.com/Better-Queue-System-More-Gamers-to-Get-a-Card-m3477976.aspx

Is it just me - or does it seem like cards are dropping a lot more this week?
EVGA Queue Tracker (element35gaming.com) the 3080Ti in the US has moved forward about an hour in the last 10 days, and the EU has (mostly) kept pace! And I'll be the 1st in the queue to slag off the Europe allocations as rubbish - but it's looking good (for that sku) anyway.
Course, I also remember that afternoon when they launched the 3080Ti, the site was up and down like a yo-yo. So while it moved an hour, that might be for the 2x people who managed to hit F5 at the right time and get onto the page.
Still encouraging.

Is it possible this tracker has a flaw in the date for the 3060 Ti FTW3 ULTRA LHR?
I have a "08G-P5-3667-KL     4/8/2021 3:35:35 PM PT    No" notify, but the date on that tracker is 09/01/2021. The dates seem to be month/day/year (because the 3080 ftw ultra is on 07/30/2021).
Either someone messed up the date format, or I should have gotten a notify months ago.

edit: this was for the EU queue btw
second edit: owh wait, that is the date the last person got a card. Not the date that person enrolled in the queue! Nevermind :)

Not sure but EU queues for the legacy cards aren't really being tracked at this point, besides what people report in this and in the 3080 thread. It might be a messed up report as well. My notification is earlier that you (10/12/20) and I haven't received anything as well.

Edit: Just checked the site, "12/6/2020, 1:04:18 AM" is the last queue timestamp reported. The second column indicates the date of the last known drop.

Owh man, my EU and US date confusion made me remove a Notify 12G-P5-3967-KR     6/10/2021 12:20:21 AM PT    3080 Ti FTW3 ULTRA GAMING :((

So, correct me if I'm wrong but
With the latest queue update, since it takes the 2 oldest timestamps, the 3060 should move faster theoretically? As most would be waiting for any card, 3090, 3080, 3070 or 3060ti, which launched before the 3060...
Gives me hope my friend will get his 3060 some day from my notification :)

I gave this a lot of thought too ohnoplsno, and I don't think anyone can say to be honest without knowing the queue numbers and the allocations that go towards each queue. All "behind the curtain" information that we can't surmise from the outside.
It would make sense you'd think that the two oldest ones would be quickest movers on the surface, but one of my oldest was the famous (infamaous?) hydro. Since that has _never_ gotten a drop, I axed it in favour of a card which actually moves.

They did mention that in the email too....
  • EVGA strongly suggests to keep the FTW3 ULTRA or XC3 ULTRA models due to consistent supply compared to limited supply on K|NGP|N, HYDRO COPPER and HYBRID due to supply constraints.

Are the numbers right in the tracker? Are EVGA releasing 1 3897 card in a month to the EU queue and its notification was 17/9/2020, that seems a wee bit weird no?

I do question that also. When Bovine was doing it, as labour intensive as it was, we seemed to be making more progress in some skus than we are now. The problem with imperfect information is that we're trying to deduce the rate from the random pings that we get. If the pings aren't frequent enough, or accurate then any deduction we make is questionable.

I had 6 skus on my list and I gave up on the 3897. Sadly my entry was from Dec '20 and I reckon I've a better chance in getting a 3080Ti now than a 3080 (even though the 3080Ti is crazy money)

Ah I was thinking that might be the case. I'm 7/Oct/2020 for 3897KL but I'm not gonna hold my breath as it has only been a year lol.

I slowly stop believing that I will be given the opportunity to purchase. I have been waiting 6 months. The computer is incomplete (10700KF). I am tired of it. This whole queue system is not very clear to me. It's so hard to put a counter which place you have in the queue? Or when in theory there will be a delivery/possibility to buy. I do not want to complain because times are hard for everyone but how much can you...

I've been in queue for 3080 for over a year by now. As per previous posts in this thread, the EU gets 1 card to a 1000 US by the looks of it. I would suggest forgetting the queue system in EU. The announced MSRP does not exist anymore, just buy whatever fits your budget, and forget about it for the next year. At least then you would have a somewhat usefull computer.

I believe that we will receive notifications but then when we have overcome this crisis with the cards and we will find or have found cards in the local stores, maybe at a better price. Then we will see the notification and just laugh.

There is no reason to buy something from EVGA again.

3070ti being a bottleneck... oh i would love to live in that world.  I have 1070, and before the 30 series came out, i bought a new monitor, 3440x1440, thinking that i will get the new 3080 and it wouldn't be a problem at all...
well here we are, 13 months since release later... and I can barely take it anymore... i'm playing new world in windowed mode, in 1080p and the rest of the screen is my desktop... i puke every day a little inside me...  microsoft flight simulator, i bought a yoke simulator for it... but can't really play it cuz of graphics card

here is what i signed up for
    10G-P5-3897-KL 10/6/2020 7:44:41 AM PT No
    10G-P5-3885-KL 10/6/2020 7:44:26 AM PT No

I assume they dont tell us queue positions because then we would be ****ing to them all the time why queue moves 1 card per month.

10G-P5-3897-KL on element35gaming still says we are on launch day in EU, and US market is almost 1 month ahead.

fine... they are US company, whatever, serve US customers first. but i'd like to at least know in advance when I'm getting shafted from behind.

The estimates on that tracker are not exactly valid anymore (one would argue that they never were) since a lot of folks haven't even submitted their timestamps to that site. I'm in the queue for a 3060Ti since December '20 and I've yet to receive a notification. Unfortunately, you're looking on way more than what the site says, unless EVGA surprise us all (doubtful).

I feel your pain man with the flightsim. Built a whole flightsim rig, controllers, throttle quadrant, radios, etc etc, ended up having to wait nearly a year for a GPU. I did manage eventually to get a 3090, but trying to play it on a old GPU knowing what the upgrade would bring......

Still with Patch 6 (or was it 7?) there a month ago Flightsim has drastically improved the frame rate, so you should be able to play it non-windowed at least in the meantime while you wait.

My point being most would prefer a better model, that came out earlier than 3060 ;) It's practically the only SKU I care about at this point, I will probably buy it, use it during RMA for my 3070 and then pass it on to a friend :p

Gotcha - I kept a 3060 as the other one of mine. With the complete shambles of the GPU market, I figured I might as well keep a lower end card in the queue.  Of course ultimately this queue change doesn't mean anymore cards are getting shipped, but it does mean that more people will get one.

EVGA is shipping video cards as fast as their supply capacity allows them to.

AMD Ryzen 9 7950X,  Corsair Mp700 Pro M.2, 64GB Corsair Dominator Titanium DDR5  X670E Steel Legend, MSI RTX 4090 Associate Code: H5U80QBH6BH0AXF. I am NOT an employee of EVGA

Bear in mind that the queue and tracking notification system is self reported and between each could be hundreds of customers, or more, that queued for cards.  I would guess that 99.8% of EVGA's queues are not members of the forum.

Equals one per week or per month even... Given the time I have been waiting (seems forever).

Bear in mind that the queue and tracking notification system is self reported and between each could be hundreds of customers, or more, that queued for cards.  I would guess that 99.8% of EVGA's queues are not members of the forum.

I have been waiting for over a year now. Like many others... Some get their videocard and sell them off for $$$$
Honest gamers suffer from it. :(

I even removed a few, because I received a message about it. I doubt I will ever receive a notify.
A friend of mine was even earlier; also still no notify.

I guess it will not happen. Sigh.

Well sorry to say that but your 3881-KL is a standard "XC Gaming", they've said multiple times to stick with at least an "Ultra" card, that has way better chances, probably because that's the variant that sells more, so they produce more of those cards. The other one is a KR model of the 3080. -KR models won't be produced anymore (NV has stopped the supply of FHR chips) so unless they have an ongoing production batch of those or have some stock of those FHR chips to make 'em, I wouldn't count on that one.
