When you had to pay at Step 3 :
- Did you use PayPal?
- If so, were you able to choose a card or only the bank account directly?
Not sure why I'm not on Step4 too. I'll ship it as soon as can.

Well my card has received its step 4 and has been collected by the courier. I am hoping I can mirror the transit that Datanode had as they had a great transfer with only a few minor delays.

Update, my luck seems to have drained away as it is currently being held at UPS whilst they contact EVGA. I believe that this card is coming back to me and I'll have to resend.

This makes me sad :-( did you put DDP? Also, it might of just been closed, did they attempt delivery at all? Did you have all three labels on it, the UPS, EVGA return label + the CN23 x3 copies. I tried so hard in the hope it gave a way to get them there for all of you in the UK, based on the additional problems we were having. My card has gone for warranty now, as they sorted a label and I boxed up exactly as I received it and did a similar process but followed their shipping request as it was paid by them.

I did select DDP, I spent close to an hour checking and re-checking the UPS website to ensure everything was accurate. I included all the documentation inside and three separate documents in individual packets on the exterior packaging. I believe that it's pure luck on what gets through and what does not. The UPS tracking page occasionally changes to "On its way" giving me false hope but then always changes back to "Held" The other attachment is what my email update shows. Not looking good.

That is strange if it had DDP and return on it :-( but, unfortunately, it is a mess. I can’t believe I am going through all this again 😢

No change this morning, this "should" have been delivered by Midday yesterday.

Can you call UPS and say the delivery duties were paid when you purchased the item and this is a return to manufacturer, original distributor? I think this was my worry and what I wanted to make clear on my other post is I was going in blind spent days researching. But despite all that, it is who checks the parcel at the end of the day. For me, returns don’t and shouldn’t attract customs.

So another quick update from what I have gleaned from the UPS app. Not had any luck with phonecall just yet, I'll keep trying on that one.
My card left Donnington with its export scan which according to the UPS website states it "Passed" all procedures in England
It arrived in Cologne on Wednesday evening and sat in their warehouse before being scanned in at 22:34 yesterday (22 hours sat there) but they it "Passed" the Import scan which again on the UPS website says that it has gone through and passed all the "Import Procedures" and then a warehouse scan 5 minutes later. Surely if it passes the scans it should be OK?
God knows what is going on - this definitely is giving me pause for thought on further step ups as I do not know whether my heart can take it.

At the current rate with that date I would expect around 2023. It's very slow going and we aren't even into October yet.

In uk I never got an eta, I think that comes to the customer without export... so you will get yours after RoyalMail confirm it in SMS

As regards to the queue they were stopped for ages, who know why and for how long this little flurry will keep going, It’s trickling through at the moment but could just stop again.

I was one of the first of the new batches, but my card was DOA so I have had to send it back. Fan problem / cooler problem. I hope no one has to do a send back twice like me, it just costs everyone time, money and frustration.
I don’t even know where my card is now; because it wasn’t my label. It’s just been exported but I have no visibility on it anymore.
I am hoping EVGA when they created the barcodes with DHL it is connected to their business account and correctly declared.

EVGA contacted me this morning after I queried their return label and process. Just said it can take four weeks. So I am £1000 out of pocket received a card that doesn’t work. They didn’t even cross ship and write it off. I hope when you get your cards they work as they should. Should be some movement either way Savarok, it is not bank holiday in Germany.

No movement on my package at all.
I've contacted UPS and they were less than helpful. I was informed that the "clearance" can only be given by EVGA and I cannot be told what that is and until that point it will be held.
This is of no use to me when I only have 14 days to get the card to them and 7 of those have elapsed with the card in the UPS warehouse in Cologne.
Next step before panicking is to try and get in touch with EVGA about some sort of extension, if possible.
