Hi, recently purchased an 3070 ftw3 ultra and now i discover step up program. How much time take it to take effect, from request to delivery at home? I´m from Spain.

Some of us submitted the step-up request 7 months ago and still haven't received any news about next steps. If you apply now, my guess is you won't be seeing your step-up replacement card before the end of the year...

Finally my card is shipped and due to delivery next tuesday

If you might want to upgrade to a card on offer in the 90 day window, do it anyway? If you don’t want it just don’t step up. If you don’t register product or enter the queue you won’t have a choice. The former being a key point to action now regardless!

To me it’s a no brainer. Do nothing and the option is never there.

You purchased a 3070 because what you wanted wasn’t available ? Either way, 4080 or whatever they call it release cycle is probably a way away, you might get onto a 3080ti if it materialises. My thoughts based on historical release cycles.

I actually do not know what will happen next!

Whew that scared me for a bit! I thought I was skipped for a second there ! Good to know you are back in good form!

Im step 2 today aswell.

Ahhhh EVGA is just in Germany like you I hope the turnaround time once they receive your card is quick! 

I have no updates on mine, DHL exported, I have a parcelforce tracking now, that just says waiting to arrive in UK.

I did think it might be quicker than this 😇😅 but that was just a loose Hope I had based on deluded optimism.

Card was scheduled with courier on 16th (probably after collection that day), collected 19th (weekend) and was apparently leaving at export Germany at 3am 21st, yesterday.

I have no idea what to expect as it is being exchanged for something I paid VAT on, so depends how it was declared by EVGA and what customs interpret it as.

Getting my exchange card to turn wasn’t too bad for me. I made a post about what I did.

Got my Step 2 Mail two days ago. The Confirmation Mail i recieved was around 21:44 on 19.09.2020.
