Wondering the same. I have 21 days till I'm outside of the 90-day window. No 2080s listed yet.

It was on the list on the Step-Up FAQ page like 10 minutes ago and now it's gone. My 90 day clock is ticking as well.. really would like to step up to 2080Ti.

2080 just reappeared on the Step-Up list, but no sign of the 2080 Ti. edit: That's only for EU.. nothing for US yet.

Also eager to know this, my window ends soon and I bought my EVGA specifically because I knew new cards were coming out over the summer, and I could upgrade if I wanted.

am I missing something the 2080 is 750 which is the same as the 1080ti but the 1080ti has significantly more cuda cores. don't really care for ray tracing. 2944 vs 3584 in terms of raw gaming performance the only upgrade path from a 1080ti is the 2080ti which has 4352 cuda cores vs the 1080ti's 3584 it's almost double the price of the 1080ti for only 800 cuda cores more.. am i the only one not impressed with this generational "leap" Is it possible they will release GTX versions of the same cards which have more cuda cores?

Where's the damn step up option? Getting frustrated. Watched 2080ti's go up then minutes later to auto-notify and because EVGA didn't bother to update the Step Up form (Just the details for some reason-- jerks maybe? I dunno) I missed out despite being completely prepared and having an EVGA rep on the phone line at the time. Awesome. I really feel like a valued customer. /sarcasm

They shouldnt go out of stock, even if they are out of stock you can still choose to step up and just wait in line for restock so them disappearing has nothing to do with stock. I think EVGA is just screwing with us atm

This silence isn't helping either. Most of us need to know ASAP so we can start making decisions

technically speaking they can remove the step up program and choose to not put these cards on there, would be a horrible thing but they have the right to do so even says so in the Step UP FAQ

In the ToS it does state they could not make the step up unavailable if the demand is too high. I do hope this is not the case.

True, they could. But there advertisement says "Step up" as one of the selling points so thats kinda unlikely

What's happening, why no Step-Up for us EU customers ? That's the reason I bought my 1080 ti in the first place, because EVGA advertised the Step-up, I hope it get's fixed soon.

I only buy EVGA for their customer service and step up, so if those disappear I'll be buying another AIB since they usually perform better

Snap, but it's 9 days for me. I went for the 1080Ti (following a new build) because of EVGA's step up program

That queue is only getting longer every minute we have to wait... Are they really going to screw us over like this? I swear if they drop the step-up program, I'm returning everything EVGA that I just bought 2 weeks ago. 1080ti SC2, 750w PSU, gone.

EVGA is easily the best vendor from a customer support perspective in the PC parts industry.
It's why I buy from them.
I would assume they will make good on their step up offers.

Should not base your purchase on just that reason. Its a nice option but I'm very pleased with my card, not like games use the current cards fully anyway
