apparantly alternate.be got some 3060ti back in stock, they only cost 560 without tax so idk

"only 560 without tax" lmao. That's like 3070 msrp range. Now add 20% VAT (kind of average for EU I would say) and you get around 670 which would be at the upper limit for msrp of 3070's.

i must correct myself 560 was total price. Also if i counted all the extra costs shipping from taiwan to belgium would add it would be a total of 590 to order from evga directly so actually buying from alternate would be cheaper and less of a risk? Or did i miss something

What are the exact shipping costs from Taiwan to BE? I have trouble believing it's that much. If the price on EVGA website is correct, you're 3060Ti would cost €436 or €472 after taxes depending on the model you buy. I read in a different post that EVGA takes care of customs / duties. Assuming you're talking about the FTW3 ULTRA you're adding €118 for shipping, I feel like that's a lot but feel free to correct me if I'm wrong. Can't immediately find any shipping rates/info.

the customs costs are random, if ur lucky it wont cost extra if ur unlucky you will be paying. Not sure if youre a fellow belgian but a friend helped me with this douanecost calculator on the internet. cause the item costs more than 150 you will be paying "invoerrechten" of 150 something and then taxes and then douanecost. Not sure if evga covers this all cause its a ****load of money if u have to end up paying for it.

i think all these costs also sort of explain why EU retailers are more expensive

I am indeed Belgian as well.
Have a look at this thread: https://forums.evga.com/Huge-Customs-Fee-for-European-Customers-m3170631.aspx if you want a TL;DR just scroll to the bottom and read the last post.
Also came accross a post linking to EU regulation that states something about 0 import duties on GPU's. Will see if I can find it.

if its possible do let me know! I managed to order the 3060 triple fan (actually not sure if my order got accepted cause status is pending at the moment) after my friend looked through all the costs i became unsure about ordering from evga directly, also because there is no information or communication from the 3060 ti (triple fan, dont know the exact name so i just call it like this) and there have been no mails yet i just decided to spend that little more instead

So apparently GPU's (and maybe just about any pc part in particular) are duty free in EU. It's just the VAT that will screw EU customers over. But again, I added the price inc. VAT already in one of the earlier posts here. I believe buying at retailers in EU is only more expensive because they need to make a profit as well, supply is low and demand high, you kind of pay for the certainty (hopefully) of receiving your new GPU within a very short timeframe.

I totally understand. That's what I was trying to convene in my last post. You pay a markup, in your case actually not too bad of a markup, for the certainty of having a GPU very soon. While many others are stuck waiting. Hope your order goes through and you can enjoy that new GPU man!

I received a 3060Ti from the EVGA shop and I didn't have to pay anything, the price is exactly the one listed on their page:
https://eu.evga.com/products/ProductList.aspx?type=0&family=GeForce+30+Series+Family&chipset=RTX+3060+Ti
+ VAT + shipping cost (for me it was 16 euros, but it might depend on your country).

e.g. 3060Ti XC Gaming:

Subtotal: € 359.99
Shipping via Tracked courier: € 15.99
VAT (20%): € 75.20
Grand Total: € 451.18

The GPUs are shipped from Taipei with DHL Express and delivered in 4-5 days.
The DHL package clearly says "Duties and Tax Paid".

The majority of the 3xxx cards sold on Caseking and Scalpernate are at least 20% above the MSRP. My suggestion: if you're looking to buy a 3060Ti either wait and get it directly from EVGA or Amazon (follow https://twitter.com/PartAlert) or get a used 2080 Super.

Am I the only one who feels like Part Alert doesn't work at all? Everytime the bot tweets something it's a price from 1 hour ago. And obviously by then a lot of deals are either gone or sold out.

Not true, i just bought a zotac 3060 ti, but i'm not too convinced bc the delivery is in january and i honestly prefer the evga custom. But fact is, i got it.

i wanna know too. Sadly we have too few people signed in the spreadsheet and too little data, but i think the queue is moving very slowly

Very few minutes.

Edit: Just to make it more clear, the EU queue has an aditional problem, it opened weeks after the US but some people that signed up on the US queue got moved to the EU queue, which is why you see people with a 17th September signup, so there are 2 "launch day" in the EU queue which means 2 days of extreme "stranglement", the US queue by comparison took weeks to move a few minutes.

I know it's not what you want to read but be prepared for a long wait, emails are human controlled and EVGA will be shuting down from 23rd December to January 4th.

My gut tells me things will pickup once the holiday season is cleared, but it's a personal guess.

10 December seems to be the latest day on the queue for both 3060 Ti models.

A reminder that the week starting tomorrow is only 3 days long with EVGA shutting down until January on the 23rd.

May the Emails be with You.
