i think they should stick to twitter it seems to work the best for this type of stuff,at least from my experience with jacob and the 1080

I ordered about half an hour ago, and it all went through fine, I got the receipt in email, I checked the Order History on the EVGA page and it seemed all good. Now I just went back to the EVGA page to double check the order history, and when I click on "PRE ORDERS" (which does have a "(1)" next to it), it spits this out:
 

 
I'm assuming this is just a page issue and my order is still lodged and secured?

I can't preorder one from the EU market.
I have it on my bin, i go through all the steps but after it ask me my billing address it will me bring back to my bin...
Why i can't preorder one 




I had the same problem when using Chrome. I went to the eu.evga.com site on Edge and it worked.
 
However, this led to another issue: my pre-order didn't go through for some reason after the Paypal payment portal. It just sent me back to the EVGA site (no confirmation or emails from Paypal/EVGA) after I authorised the payment. Never experienced this before. Hopefully support can sort it out.

I can confirm that there must be a error with the Pre-order request that you tried to place and I recommend to place the Pre-order once more as I do not see it on your account.

is it normal for the pre order to charge the 1 dollar which is obvious but in the order info it shows total 719.00 i seen others show 1.00?

Yes, this is normal as we do not charge any pre-orders until it is ready to ship.  The $1 is just an authorization that was not charged and will go away within a week.

I preordered yesterday and all I see is my 1080ti FE Step up and my old FTW2 on my products page. On my order history, I see my preorder for FTW3 but that have no estimated shipping date. Am I missing something?

Thanks Chris. Can confirm it is now working on the au.evga page.
 
Also I can't see any estimated shipping date on either the AU or US version of the My Orders page based on what Jacob has mentioned.
