SniperThis really sucks... I really wanted to go Titan this round. I'd rather not spend 1200 on a gpu that isnt covered under EVGA

EVGA_JacobFWe are working on a Hybrid upgrade kit, stay tuned :)
dmhleeEVGA_JacobFWe are working on a Hybrid upgrade kit, stay tuned :)Like the previous Titan X, this card will probably not come with a backplate. Does EVGA have plans to release a Titan X backplate?

Does EVGA have plans to release a Titan X backplate?Yes the new Titan X P does come with a back plate from the photos I have seen. I will find out in a couple of days when mine arrives. Finally a just enough SINGLE card to run iRacing on 3 U3014 Dell's. I did not want to SLI anymore as single cards just perform better on this sim. 1080 would have been borderline on a single card.
gridironcpjHonestly, the best thing that could happen to the Titan series (aside from price changes) is allowing the partners to construct custom versions of it. The hybrid cooler would be nice, but the card still only has an 8+6 pin for power.
unmeatyAre we certain that the 1080 AiO kit won't fit the Pascal Titan? It's made for other versions of the 1080 other than the FE, so it must have room for another power connector, right? I know EVGA is working on a hybrid kit for the Pascal Titan, I'm just very impatient. This thing needs water cooling. Actually what it needs is an EVGA version. Very sad to move away from my favorite GPU brand.
Mayh3M-UKI was considering this Titan but the stock cooler is too hot and loud. The card is a beast at 2000mhz+, it was made for water.
SajindwoodwardSajindwoodwardragevirusqqIts a 1200 dollar card. It deserves to be watercooled. seems like anyone who would spend 1200 on the card would spend a little more to cool it well. Except, nvidia doesn't allow cooler modification lmao... That's the whole problem here.Nvidia warranty doesn't state that anywhere. Really? Let me point it out for you.... WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY NOT COVER?....misapplication of service by a party other than an authorized service representative.... In other words. If you install a cooler, and your card fails, they have an easy out on warrantying the product. Even with that they're going to have a hard time proving the card had an aftermarket cooler on it as the cards come with no tamper stickers. None of my cards have tamper stickers on them.

Avenger411So any update on this ? I'm waiting for your kit guys so i can order a titan xp. No way i'm going to get a jet stream in my home.
mikeownageIf eVGA isn't selling a Titan X Pascal with attached Hybrid cooler then I am not buying the new Titan X Pascal. I will not pay $1200 for a video card I then have to modify and potentially void my warranty. I will just have to keep my current eVGA Titan X Maxwell Hybrid until one of the following happens:My current card dies (Unlikely as that is as I've never had an eVGA card die plus it was a 10 year warranty)My current card cannot handle 1080PeVGA is allowed to sell the latest Titan with a hybrid cooler.1080 Ti card is released and eVGA sells it with a hybrid cooler.

Unless you're doing 200% DSR then you're going super overkill. Upgrade your monitor bro! Skip a GPU gen and spend that money on a decent monitor.
Avenger411Bump. ETA ?
ericc191I'm sorry, but I'm not giving into their obvious money grab. $1000 was a lot, but now they want $1200? Forget that. AMD needs to so something very soon. There's no competition in the top tier GPU class. The sad part is that people will buy this card up just like the OG Titan X. If it didn't sell well, they might reconsider their pricing and lower it. Instead, more than likely, it'll sell out everywhere and Nvidia well list their next Titan X at $1400-1500.
bee144Avenger411Bump. ETA ?Unlikely ETA at this point since they are still trying to get the 1080 and 1070 Hybrid out the door.
