Food was awesome wanted to stay out there. Miss the mountains, and the ocean.
No plans for the pc, I will not be doing a thing unless it's storage until 2027. At that point the shenanigans from both amd and intel should be over, there should be a gpu that can do Super Ultrawide to 4k like my 4090 can do 3440x1440 with DLAA+PT right now. There will not be a more demanding game until then that is pushing hardware as hard as Cyberpunk 2077 and Black Myth. Hopefully by that time as well there are MicroLED displays all decked out...
The only thing I could do to improve what I have now is a full true lottery 14900ks falls into my lap that can run 8400mhz+ ram just clicking xmp. more storage, cooling if I wanted to go to a custom loop or a thermal electric block with a loop done right for it, since there is not a commercial one nor am I willing to fabricate my own these days. Since those two things are not happening will be sticking to my Direct Die AIO with a Honeywell PTM7950 pad.
Home is the sailor, home from sea, and the hunter home from the hill .
Fascinating thoughts . If I understand correctly, the thermal electric block is an application of thermocouple technology .
You made me curious, so I looked around the net and saw that CoolerMaster makes/made a 360mm AIO that is apparently combined with a
thermocouple arrangement .
They call it, "CoolerMaster MasterLiquid ML360 SUB-ZERO, Thermoelectric Cooling (TEC) AIO CPU Liquid Cooler", and are selling it on Newegg .
They claim it cools below ambient temperature . Uses fancy Intel software . For tenth gen. processors .
Didn't see anything for newer stuff though . What you have can probably carry more watts away, anyways :)
