Hey. I want to buy a new power supply, it was brought from the US, as a confirmation, saler give me a screenshot from your personal Amazon account on the phone, since there is no access to the PC for a print. The screenshot shows the date of purchase, order number and product. Is it appropriate to attach as an invoice during product registration? Thank.

The invoice needs to show how you purchased the power supply. Not how the seller purchased it.

I will buy through the delivery service. We have a service to pay for goods upon receipt. I will receive a receipt for payment at the post office. The check for paymant and receipt of goods will be in Ukrainian language, is it ok?

Sorry for the annoyance, because tomorrow they will send me a power supply, I want to understand what kind of check is enough for me? Since it is still not too late to refuse the parcel. Much do not want to lose the warranty of 10 years.
I will receive a remittance check through the mail to the seller (in our country, a very popular service of payment for the goods upon receipt, at the same time you can inspect for external defects, etc.)

Thank you.

I apologize for the confusion, you would only have a 3 year warranty as the 10 year warranty is only offered to the original purchaser. The first post on this thread covers what documentation is needed.

So sorry to hear that. After all, the power supply is new, just not useful to 1 owner. We'll have to order and wait from the official supplier.
Thank you very much.

Hi all,
I'm the first owner of a Evga GTX 1080TI SC Black Edition Gaming (11G-P4-6393-KR), buyed directly from eu evga store 1 year ago, 02 august 2018.

If I want to sell my card to another buyer, do I have to remove the registration from my account?

The second hand owner must report which shipping date? The shipping date when evga store shipped the card to me, or when i sent the card to 2nd hand buyer?

And again, if the 2nd hand owner buy from me not with an online transaction but directly cash, so between two occasional customers not for affair, and so without an invoice, which proof must o can provide to Evga?

Thank you for support!

So, a few things here.

1. There's no need to remove the registration.  The only ability you have is to "unregister" it from your account.  We still see the product as being previously registered to you, but it removes it from your list of registered products when you view it from the EVGA website; in other words, it removes a little clutter from your registered products list.
2. The second hand owner can put the date he purchased it from you.  We have the internal date of when the product originally shipped from EVGA.
3. In that scenario, just create a proof of purchase on paper or in a digital document and upload that.

The resolution of my issue began with a phone call and I was fortunate to have Jose Calderon take my call. Jose was very cordial and professional from the beginning. Though we encountered limitations that placed me in a huge disadvantage to receive a replacement for my failed GPU, Jose went the extra mile to escalate my issue with his supervisor and per his approval, my issue was resolved as a result. My esteemed opinion of EVGA as a company is reflective of Jose's conduct and representation of the company's values and customer service. He deserves a raise!
I would describe EVGA as a company that takes pride in customer satisfaction and upholds its core values. I highly recommend EVGA and their products to friends, family and the rest of the world.

Reviewers generally work with their contact at EVGA for replacement warranty.  Since review samples are also typically not purchased, you would be considered a secondhand owner.

However, I'll look into this to double-check for you.

Edit:  We still create an order for reviewers, so they will be considered the original owner.

Hello, my 1080Ti SC stopped working, though I bought it on eBay about a year ago secondhand and I have also registered the card.
My question is, apart from the eBay receipt of purchase, what other item do i need to package together with the card when sending.
Also how long will it take for me to receive another card, would it also be 1080Ti SC ?

Hello there!
I about to buy 2080 Ti Black secondhand from some guy. Im gonna meet him, check card and  pay by direct cash. Do i need some note with his sign that im buying this product from him ?
2nd thing. Product is not registered so i just register it as a secondhand? Is there option to choose that card is secondhand or it will automatically switch to secondhand version ?

BIG BIG thanks for reply
You are great guys!

1. As noted above, if paying with cash, just create a paper document or digital document memorializing the sale.
2. Yes, register as secondhand.  There is a specific "Secondhand" option when you select place of purchase.

This would work the same as if you were the original owner.  You would only need to send in the card.  Make sure to package it according to the instructions you'll receive during the RMA, and that's all.  Once we receive your card, we ship out the replacement card within 3 business days here in the US, and other regions are 3-5 business days at the latest.  If we still have 1080 Ti SC cards, you'll receive that back as a replacement.  Stock varies week by week, so we can't really give you a firm yes or no.  If we do not have another 1080 Ti SC, you'll receive a replacement with performance equal to or greater than the 1080 Ti SC.

I am interested in a GPU on ebay that is listed as new / sealed but the seller does not have the original sales receipt (they stated that they received it as a gift). Is it possible to transfer the warranty, assuming there is one without it and only the Ebay receipt / transaction record?

So long as it is a -KR part number, you should be fine.  You'll just use the Ebay receipt to upload for after you register the product on your account.

I saw something advertised through an EVGA email and am tempted...but it is  B stock and I couldn't find anything specifically mentioned about B stock 1 year warranty.
With issues today I might not receive the item for a month or more.
How would that affect things?

B-Stock is 1 year warranty. For the other issue you would need to contact them for the answer.

No extended warranties do not transfer to  a secondhand owner, they will only receive the remainder of the original warranty from when the item was shipped from the factory. As far as the transfer moving to a different gpu if you do a step-up i don't believe it will transfer in that instance either.

The step up will acquire the remaining warranty of the GPU.

Selling the GPU will only have the original 3 year warranty.

If your original item is within warranty contact EVGA to make sure the item is defect.

I had to RMA a second hand card, EVGA accepted my PayPal record as proof of purchase and the card was replaced quickly. The replacement overheated but it was repairable with some MX-4 on hand. MX-4 is cheaper than sending a card back on RMA. Following that I moved into a more powerful card given the old card was overheating at 4K.
