my_hobbyHey. I want to buy a new power supply, it was brought from the US, as a confirmation, saler give me a screenshot from your personal Amazon account on the phone, since there is no access to the PC for a print. The screenshot shows the date of purchase, order number and product. Is it appropriate to attach as an invoice during product registration? Thank.
my_hobbySorry for the annoyance, because tomorrow they will send me a power supply, I want to understand what kind of check is enough for me? Since it is still not too late to refuse the parcel. Much do not want to lose the warranty of 10 years.I will receive a remittance check through the mail to the seller (in our country, a very popular service of payment for the goods upon receipt, at the same time you can inspect for external defects, etc.) Thank you.
EVGATech_JeffPI apologize for the confusion, you would only have a 3 year warranty as the 10 year warranty is only offered to the original purchaser. The first post on this thread covers what documentation is needed.
MyrmeleonHi all,I'm the first owner of a Evga GTX 1080TI SC Black Edition Gaming (11G-P4-6393-KR), buyed directly from eu evga store 1 year ago, 02 august 2018. If I want to sell my card to another buyer, do I have to remove the registration from my account? The second hand owner must report which shipping date? The shipping date when evga store shipped the card to me, or when i sent the card to 2nd hand buyer? And again, if the 2nd hand owner buy from me not with an online transaction but directly cash, so between two occasional customers not for affair, and so without an invoice, which proof must o can provide to Evga? Thank you for support! Davide

We still see the product as being previously registered to you, but it removes it from your list of registered products when you view it from the EVGA website; in other words, it removes a little clutter from your registered products list.2. The second hand owner can put the date he purchased it from you. We have the internal date of when the product originally shipped from EVGA.3. In that scenario, just create a proof of purchase on paper or in a digital document and upload that.
piggradioHello, may I please ask what the proper procedure is to register a product that you won during a live EVGA broadcast? Thanks.
sanjozkoHi, what if original owner didn't buy the card, but instead recieved it for review purposes. Will i be considered secondhand buyer?
Ysko86Hello there!I about to buy 2080 Ti Black secondhand from some guy. Im gonna meet him, check card and pay by direct cash. Do i need some note with his sign that im buying this product from him ?2nd thing. Product is not registered so i just register it as a secondhand? gbenga_adewumiHello, my 1080Ti SC stopped working, though I bought it on eBay about a year ago secondhand and I have also registered the card.My question is, apart from the eBay receipt of purchase, what other item do i need to package together with the card when sending. Also how long will it take for me to receive another card, would it also be 1080Ti SC ?
vulcan1978I am interested in a GPU on ebay that is listed as new / sealed but the seller does not have the original sales receipt (they stated that they received it as a gift). Is it possible to transfer the warranty, assuming there is one without it and only the Ebay receipt / transaction record?
SmookinJoeI saw something advertised through an EVGA email and am tempted...but it is B stock and I couldn't find anything specifically mentioned about B stock 1 year warranty. With issues today I might not receive the item for a month or more. How would that affect things?Joe
Bernard17didnt see the answeri bought the 10 year extended warranty on a GPU. if i sell it, can the secondhand owner have the remaining time on the 10 years? or if i step up, will that 10years transfer to the new card or do i have to buy another extended warranty?
xeabelCan i do a RMA of a RMA received graphic card?
