You guys like my new score. Dem clocks. LOL.

Do you know what causes that? Forgive my lack of knowledge here, but I initially thought higher clocks = higher scores. But as you can see in the link below, my best run was on one of my worst average clocks. Does it have to do with values we don't see related to RT cores?

How'd you get to those clocks anyway when yours is clocking closer to mine normally?

Yes. I know what causes it. Editing the voltage/frequency curve caused it to do that.

From what I understand, johnksss's card had the same bios on all 3 switch position, so he took the LN2 520w bios that should already be on the card and flashed it.

I'll be getting my KP monday. Eager to compare it to my FTW3 Hybrid.

So after taking another look.... And now it makes since with move all the sliders to the right.
On the 520W vbios.
Enforced Power Limit
EPL=430 / PX1
Max out power target - EPL=511W
Max out voltage slider - EPL=520W

Not sure about 450W vbios as of yet.

Edit:
Figured it out. It was user error. The slider was sitting on 120 instead of 121

I don't have the XOC bios. I put the AIO radiator into an igloo cooler with dry ice, and put a chunk of dry ice on the backplate. I had the LN2 bios active and both NVVDD dispswitches. It didn't seem to help my temperatures or my score much.

Your core and mem speeds are on par with my 15632 run. I wonder why there is such a score difference.

Only just barely broke 15K with stock cooling, just the window open for additional cooling (SoCal, so not too cold).  Average clock at 2,160 MHz
https://www.3dmark.com/pr/657718
Using XOC bios and was pulling over 600W
1.2375 NVVDD
1.4 FBVDD
1.2 MSVDD
400/400 NV and MS Freq
LLs 2, and OCPs off
Haven't pushed the memory too much, without the XOC causes a hard crash above a +1200 offset.  That's the next thing to play with.

So then it's only affected when using PX1. That would at least explain some of the power related issues people may be having. Not all of course.

Edit:
So I just tried it a few more times and now it's working. I hate when things are not just cut and dry. :(

What’s your best score with default voltages? It seems like the 1.2+ NVVDD is causing heat throttling.

I was only getting around 14.7K using the OC bios and the the Precision slider maxed.  Was power limited.

Strange.  I'm only getting 14.8K with an average clock of 2142MHz and memory offset at +1400MHz.  I didn't touch the Classified Tool for this run.  Mine is definitely not a lottery winner either.  Far from it.

Good Question. I used:
This is located in the profile folder for the gpu in question.
[SETTINGS]
VDDC_GENERIC_DETECTION=1
For the gpu in question.
Also click the 3 voltage under settings/general.

Given some of the other scores I've seen for a given set of frequencies, I'm inclined to agree.  However, it just isn't happening with my card.  I rolled back one driver to see if the latest hotfix driver was the issue, but it wasn't.  Here is a result with no memory offset applied.  This is with the LN2 BIOS and a GPU Offset of +105MHz using MSI Afterburner.

Edit: I forgot to link the result lol. https://www.3dmark.com/pr/663166

Also click the 3 voltage under settings/general.

I don't seem to have that in my Afterburner folder in program files directory in the MSIAfterburner config.

When you open afterburner, should it be reading mV? Mine does not

for you guys using afterburner, how did you get the core voltage slider unlocked? I haven't used afterburner in a very long time and dont remember it being locked before.

Good Question. I used:
This is located in the profile folder for the gpu in question.
[SETTINGS]
VDDC_GENERIC_DETECTION=1
For the gpu in question.
Also click the 3 voltage under settings/general.

That is what you need to add inside the file VEN_10DEWHATEVERTHERESTSAYS.
You will need to take full access of that file or it wont let you save it.
You then need to insert those two lines I posted, then save. Restart MSIAB and it should show voltage.
