Hey nate, just wondering. What block creation of yours over the years has been your most popular. As in sold the most of? From the progression of this thread I would guess the sr2 but would like to know for sure.

Yup. the SR2 block. Once I finish the second CNC I have been working on since I started these about 3 years ago... I will be able to make them MUCH faster.

Wow huge difference there. Using the same drain spout you created before? Or did you need to make another of those as well?

Here is a single piece of my new machine.. being trimmed by my current machine. edit: Since you might not know what your looking at, the red part of the machine is the spindle. Thats where the bit spins and does the cutting. It goes up and down on the Z axis. The large plate is the new machines Z axis. You can see the red machines X,Y,Z axis in the picture, you are only seeing a single axis of travel on the new machine. It has 18x18x18" of travel vs 11x7x11.

sophar, If you don't mind me asking, what was the reason you sold your block? Also how was the fitting of the block to the board? My only concern is that it appears that the block covers up one of the mb tray stand off mounts. Thanks

My only concern is that it appears that the block covers up one of the mb tray stand off mounts. Thanks I do apologize for not responding. I don't spend much time in this part of the forum anymore. I sold mine because I needed money. So I parted out the entire build. And the only standoff blocked by the block is the same hole that the stock hole blocks off as well. So no worries on board mounting.
