What do you get when you run the vf tuner scan in px1? I find on gpu clock its quite accurate at what you max gpu clock is for a stable oc. Mem always seems to come back way to low. 

I usually cant stay stable in games if I go over the gpu clock. I got 101 on gpu 400 on mem. I can run ram up to 1200 without crashing in a game and if I go over 101 on the gpu I crash at some point. If I run power on the ln2 bios higher it runs the gpu to 2100 almost steady. The lower the power to 100 it fluctuates a lot more and wont hit 2100.

Received my RMA Kingpin and its obviously B-stock or someone else's RMA the card was sticking out of the box and I can barely do +80 on core without crashing. What a dumpster fire.

Refurbished box definitely a bad bin someone sent back.

Doubt anyone active on forums would be selling their kingpin. Especially after waiting up to a year to get it.
