Nope, I'm first on the self reported list and don't have any email from EVGA yet.  I was on the fence about buying it, but I am going to do it just in case.  I just found out that we are more than likely going to get hazard pay retro so it's going to be a nice bonus.  Others have gotten it already, so I'm just waiting for the official notification.  I was thinking of skipping the kingpin, but now I'm back in on it.  I'll figure out what to do with my 3090 later.  
 
But as of now, I am still waiting on my notification.

I've been debating whether to buy the official block or wait for the Optimus block. Near I can tell it may still be months for the Optimus block so hoping I can get a drop this week. I'm far down the list but I'm crossing my fingers that there aren't that many of us actually waiting.

I actually did buy and will be holding it.  I was notified we are going to get hazard back pay for the last year so it's going to be pretty sizeable.  It will allow me to buy a few things I might not have had disposable funds for which includes my kingpin gpu.  I will now be able to finish off my computer build as I have a 5950 on it's way to me and when my turn comes up a the kingpin with a water block.  
 
I saw that you got your notify as well.  I'm glad your wait is over as well.  If the line holds, you might have just made the "cut".  Congrats on your water block that will allow you to finish off your system.

Make sure you are logged into your evga account and then go to the product page you want to register for and click the auto notify button.  A screen will pop up where it will ask you to enter information.  Be sure to use information that matches your account.  Once you are done, hit enter and you should get an email notifying you of your registration.  The item should also appear under your account in your "My Notifies" page.

Looks like this post's main post hasnt been updated in some time, BUT I got my notify yesterday and have purchased. Any idea if the waterblock actually helps cool the card better than stock? Also any thoughts on the backside RAM?

We usually see a few more drops through out the week (less frequently on Fridays), since there may be some folks who decide not to purchase the KP HC kit.
