The X are a separate Platforms altogether for the Z Platforms.
At least for Owners of the EVGA Motherboards.

It's just EVGA's way of telling us that our X99 boards are ancient (I even had someone at EVGA's Tech Support laugh at me 2 years ago calling my X79 ancient).

Sadly some folks apparently don't realise how powerful quad RAM channel rigs are when compared to dual channel rigs. They aren't CPU bottlenecked nearly as quickly, and even less so at higher than 1080P res.

It would have been cool if they used Sub-forums like they did on the EVGA Audio Products

I couldn't agree more.  Just got a new drive for the x99 classified and getting wisdom from the forums is now way harder.

Agreed! Please put the X boards in a separate sub-forum from the Z boards.

+1  Wondering if X99 especially can be moved to possibly x299 sub forum or something.

Now that they've merged all of the models together...I don't know how difficult it would be for the mods to unmerge them. Some forum software don't make it possible once the data has been merged together. But I agree, it's made it too crowded to find information for each model. At the very least it should've been broken up into Z and X series.

Just an FYI the search by default only goes back to 30 days and or 6 Pages which ever is less.
Yes there is also custom search but not a very good Search Engine.
It would be a 100% improvement if they could install a new a better Search Engine.

    ^this is true.

as time goes on, there are less posts about a certain class of motherboards and they get combined to make the forum look less cluttered.

the forum has a great search function.  Use it.

Just an FYI the search by default only goes back to 30 days and or 6 Pages which ever is less.
Yes there is also custom search but not a very good Search Engine.
It would be a 100% improvement if they could install a new a better Search Engine.

I just plugged 790i into the search at the top and it gave me 3 pages going back to earliest 2009

in fact, I put in your name and this post way back on 2013 came up.  Have we been putting up with you that long?
