staypuft 1) Certain total quantity of cards are dropped on a given day for a given SKU - Card quantities assigned to each Tier
Would you assign to each tier? That would disadvantage people in a higher tier who didn't get their "daily" allotment versus the guys in the tier below. I'd think you would do a top-down approach where all of Tier 10 is satisfied before Tier 9 gets cards, etc. Have each tier have an A and B depending on whether or not you had bought a card earlier. Fulfill all of Tier 10a based on score then time. Then fulfill all of Tier 10b based on score and time. Move to Tier 9a, etc. It'd be nice to have a little more information about this.

This right here in bold. EVGA needs to be more transparent in this information.

Elite question, Was the Notify button ever available for the 3050 $249.00 model? I only was able to notify on the $329 model.

EVGA has specifically said that for each [new] drop, each tier will be allocated a certain percentage of the units available for that drop. That means that somebody that has a 0 EVGA score, has not previously purchased a card from the EVGA 30 series queues, and has an early [6:01 am] timestamp still has a shot of getting a card before 2023. And to me, that sounds like the right approach. TwoEvilOne Elite question, Was the Notify button ever available for the 3050 $249.00 model? I only was able to notify on the $329 model.
The 3551 did not get an auto-notify button today and I think it unlikely that EVGA ever creates a queue for it. It will likely be a SKU available through EVGA's retail partners but not from the queues on EVGA.com.

I still don't get the Queue 3.0 rules, especially Section 3. "30 Series purchase status – Customers who have purchased a 30 Series product from EVGA.com will be deprioritized in the VGA queue, and will become eligible to purchase their VGA notify product(s) after others in their tier purchase a 30 Series product.*" How can someone be in the same Tier as you or me and not have purchased a 30 series card from evga.com? That sounds to me like exactly what EVGATech_LeeM was saying earlier. He just removed the post because all of the negative feedback.

Kram, I think the likelihood of people not having purchased a card will vary within each Tier. I have seen some long-time members (and certainly folders with some points) post lately stating that they are just now looking to buy. It is possible. Yet it is more likely that people who get the bypass will fall into a lower Tier. The lowest Tier is likely the largest concentration of folks who never purchased (new accounts, no activity, no registrations, etc).

Only the $80 metal back plate model available to "Elite Membership", the $249 model was listed on New Egg for a launch day shuffle. So much for 24 access to new launched products. New Egg's customers must have a "Super EVGA Membership" that is better than an "Elite Membership". I'm about ready to give up on Nvidia graphic cards. Come on Intel, get your products to market.

kram36How can someone be in the same Tier as you or me and not have purchased a 30 series card from evga.com? Buying an EVGA card from some other retailer and/or buying other EVGA products. We don't know exact points but someone might have an EVGA keyboard, mouse, 280mm AIO and 1000W PSU and that puts them in the same ballpark as someone who bought an RTX 3060 through the queue. enewtEVGA has specifically said that for each [new] drop, each tier will be allocated a certain percentage of the units available for that drop. Thanks. By the time I saw that thread, it was already many pages long so I must have missed/skipped that bit of info.

Section 3 does not say anything about Tiers. It reads to me that if the person has not purchased a 30 series card from evga.com, they will be put in font of the highest Tier. That's exactly what EVGATech_LeeM was saying earlier.

From the FAQ at the end: The EVGA Queue has given many people the opportunity to purchase a 30 Series graphics card, but there are still many people waiting to buy one. To assist, we will allow users in a Tier that have not yet purchased a 30 Series card through EVGA.com to take priority over those who have already purchased a 30 Series graphics card from EVGA.com in the same Tier.Once everyone in a Tier has purchased a 30 Series card, the queue will begin to move for users that have purchased a 30 Series product through EVGA.com. Bolding mine. It's Tier dependent.

Not in front of the higher tier, but place in front of the person who has bought a 30 series card from evga.com of the same tier.

Same. I'm in the newegg shuffled for the 249 card. If that doesn't land, watching Intel closely. Really liking what I see in the early leaks.

TwoEvilOne Good Golly, I just won the newegg shuffle for 3050 $249.00 model. Totally shocked! Will have it tomorrow.
EVGA 08G-P5-3551-KR XC Black GeForce RTX 3050 Video Card $249.99
Congratulations mate! What time did you enter the shuffle? Mine was 6:25 or 6:30...
Time doesn't matter, I've entered 2 mins before it ended and won.

well...my only hope of buying this new GPU at a realistic price is slim. I can only hope if I win the Newegg Shuffle with luck. Is it difficult for big companies like EVGA to announce the launch plan for their new GPUs? They just had to say that the XC Black model would not be in the Queue system, we don't even know if they really have stock of this model or if tomorrow it can be purchased on their website, while the XC with the 80$ backplate I don't know if there are still any left They don't let you know where you are in the Queue or if they have any stock left. it's like they want us not to buy it. I'm not sad just disappointed....
