Well I was able to get the 1080 ti kingpin vbios by e-mailing Vince. 

Then I assume it is now up to Vince on whoever he wants to release the 3090 Kingpin xoc vbios to after the cards are released unless he decides to post them on the EVGA Forums.

I was able to make it in the queue today for a kp.

Hehe, that frosted tubing (5th photo at beginning of thread) reminds me of when I went as expert witness with a small company CEO and his 3 lawyers to a larger meat processor who was infringing on his patent related to processing of deli turkeys.  As we walk through the plant, they were supposed to be running 'their process' to show it doesn't reach the specs of his patent.  As we pass a large blast chiller (size of a trailer on a Mack truck), he points to the 4th stage row of coils that are supposed to carry ammonia as chilling agent.....and says "they're not frosted like the other ones (the first 3 stages)....they're not trying to cool the product to get down to my specs! 
 
Anyway, question....I've just gotten into adding cooling fans, heat sinks (no water cooling) in my recent build, and I play some CSGO, and was wondering if these temps are going to be a problem:
SSD: Samsung PCIe 3.0 NVMe drive: was reaching 50-54*C, now because of control software for case and gpu fans, I'm maxing out at 43*C
GPU: Maxing out at 59-60*C when I'm done playing.
CPU: Reaching 75-78*C max on 2-4 cores; others are 70-72*C
 
I see people here are into extreme cooling, I'm curious why Peltier electronic cooling isn't found among commercial cooling options.  In my research lab, we run equipment for PCR (polymerase chain reaction for amplifying DNA, like used for testing for Covid-19 viral RNA)...these machines go from 95*C, down to 60*C, then to 72*C, back to 95*C, and do this cycle 40x to completion.  The chilling is done near instantaneously. A 96-well plate (about 3-in x 4-in) with 96-conical wells sits down in a metal block that gets heated/chilled to those targeted temperatures.  I could see the application to chilling CPU's.
 

Finally got onto the second 3090 KP queue this morning, Then I happened to notice there are also quite a few new high priced 3090 KP's posting on Ebay today.
 
Makes me wonder if there are any "Elite members" getting into the scalping business.

The two VRM / MOSFETs waterblocks of both CPUs come from the same EK-FB KIT SR-X.
