Well I was able to get the 1080 ti kingpin vbios by e-mailing Vince. 




Then I assume it is now up to Vince on whoever he wants to release the 3090 Kingpin xoc vbios to after the cards are released unless he decides to post them on the EVGA Forums.

No, EVGA has not announce when 3090 KP will be released for order

Would like to see what that setup will do compared to his 3090 Kingpin scores. 
It must be nice when there are no "Hardware Power Limit designs" to overcome either.

No KP Joy for me, But then again waiting until December 15th (or longer) isn't much Joy either.

I was able to make it in the queue today for a kp. 
 
Only people who didn't get early in the queue will have to wait until dec 15. People who are early in the queue start getting their cards shipped next week.
