Pump:

Tubing:
http://www.microcenter.co...tml?product_id=0275963
I would honestly start with 30' of tubing.  You may be able to find tygon tubing online at other places online for MUCH cheaper.

Fittings:
http://www.microcenter.co...tml?product_id=0302528

Radiator:
http://www.microcenter.co...tml?product_id=0245928
(the more the merrier)

CPU block:
Too many to choose from

Res:
http://www.microcenter.co...tml?product_id=0253401
(consider if you have a Mountain Mods case, you have LOTS of drive bays to fill up, so maybe look for bay style reservoir's?  that's why I made my own res)

Chipset blocks Block:  (consider board specific full coverage blocks, far easier then individual generic blocks)

Video card Blocks:
choose your own

Fillport:
http://www.microcenter.co...tml?product_id=0253396
(if you drill a hole in the top of your case, and install this... adding water to your system will be cake.  But you don't have to.  it sometimes pays to learn the hard way )

Don't forget clamps, but this is everything I can think of off the top of my head to get you going.

*shrugs*  its tubing.  literally any tubing will do, but you want some strength along with flexibility.  Plus you don't want to kill yourself getting tubing on fittings.  Just remember you get what you pay for (in most cases)

the MCP-655 is a beast, sadly mine died and was replaced by a MCP-355 with aftermarket pump top.

Natemans list is pretty complete, I suggest you get some worm clamps if you are worried about leaking.  They are cheap and very very effective.

Don't forget to factor in fans to the cost, these are my choice for high CFM, low cost, and good static pressure:
http://www.newegg.com/Pro...4&Tpk=ultra%20kaze

I have those fans matched up to this fan controller and the thing is a monster:

after all is said and done, i'm now worried about my psu, running all this equipment, enermax galaxy dxx 1000watt
Running a 5870 and 5970 both Overclocked and a 920 overclocked to about 3.8 4.0.
plus the Mountain Mods case has a ton of fans on its own.

yes it does have lots of fans, but those fans i suggested are for the rads, you dont want to be using low CFM crappy stock fans on a rad.  Especially not something with tight fin spacing, say swiftech for example.

the fan controller is not a PSU, its just something so that you can adjust the speed of high RPM fans

heh... PSU... man do I have some experience with that now it was a journey down that road, but I am better for it now.

I would just advise going with a SINGLE RAIL power supply.  multiple rails give your different "accounts" to take from.  A single rail will give you one big "account" to take from.  If your Hard drives are using 1 amp, why would u give them a 20 amp line?  Your graphics cards may need more then 20 amps, so they will suffer, while your hard drives have all the extra current that could be allocated for the graphics just wasting.

I forgot about the fans, good call Vokl.  If you get Coolermaster fans, they don't need a fan controller, they are VERY quiet on their own.  Plus they come in a 4 pack in black or a 2 pack in blue

Also the nice thing about the MM case, is you get the back panel which has the openings for 2 PSU's.  You can wire 2 power supplies.  If you get a nice new one, then use that for the mobo and graphics, and thats IT.  Use your old one to power the pump, hard drives, fans, dvd's, partridges in pear trees, lights etc.

sure you could get some CM fans, but the ultra kaze will blow them away (literally).  plus with the fan controller you can simply turn them down to a volume level you like, and then when you need the extra juice you can crank them up to 11.  Also don't forget to factor in that the fans i suggested are a 38mm fan and pwn the CM fans in static pressure ;)

top one:  http://www.under-the-ice....52&products_id=151
made by RunMC, he can be found there or on the XS forums
he claims -40c under load from a i7 (1.53vcore 4.9ghz)  this claim has been backed up by many people, he underrates them substantially

the second one is an unfinished SS being made by Sdumper, he can be found at either http://www.blazingpc.com/forum/ or the XS forums.
he claims -32c under a 300w load for $600 delivered or -30c under a 200w load for $450

I like and use those fans... but I like the Delta 250cfm's better... same theory turn them down when you don't need the cooling.  If you notice the 66db/cfm...  noise to cfm ratio and do the math... they are quieter than  most fans when turned down.

BTH... our new friend is not that extreme yet and even the Kaze may be too much... but really please get them and just turn them down... if you ever want to do some benching or push your overclock you will be glad you did... and if you don't... just keep them turned down.

Not true... I don't know about Primoflex... but I can vouch for Tygon... I bought some of the cheaper ClearFlex that was said to be the same as R3603... it is not... clouds up faster and not as much flex.  There is a huge difference and don't even think about the Home Depot stuff.  You can run 7/16" Tygon on 1/2" barbs... best choice. 3/8" on 1/2'' barbs... even more secure with less flow (undocumented... this needs to be done).  Worm drive hose clamps can leak... been there done that... if you notice when they are close... they do not fit tightly all the way around.  I found that the best thing to use for clamps id you are going to use them are nylon ties... three of them staggered with the gaps/catches in different spots... ugly but compact and secure.

i'm going with compression fittings for aesethics and simplicity, any objections?
I'm going with 3 120.3 Swiftech Radiators.
30 feet of primoflex tubing. still undecided if its better or worth it over the Tygon r3606
T-virus Resevoir.
Mountain Mods Ascension case.
2 of the 120.3 in front, 1 in the back.
thats the main concept
And then Watercooling the CPU and a 5970 and 5870
Waterblocks for all three are not confirmed.

thats kinda why i'm just going extreme to start, 3 radiators for a first time build, this is gonna be sick, once all is done i'll post some pics, hopefully i dont blow myself apart.
I'm gonna drop the hammer and order the rads pump and tubing, last call, primoflex or Tygon? you guys can fight about it.

I can't see the pictures.. what you got cooking??!  and what records you shooting for?

Pwn now has to use our suggestions to make his own decisions.  If he wants the faster fans or the quieter fans.  Both will work, but with the more expensive he can always make it quieter.

my only objection would be going compression fittings for "simplicity"  not to say that difficult but what could be more simple and effective than a barb and a worm drive clamp.

as for blocks i suggest you check out EK for GPU and then HK or the Swiftech XT for CPU.  Eddy and EK have really shown massive improvement and phenomenal quality in his latest products

@ nateman

The pictures are of custom Single Stage units made by RunMC and Sdumper

right now i'm shooting for getting into the top 15 for 3dmark 01 and dropping my Super Pi times by a decent margin (hoping for sub 9s for now)

You want to be the one to tell my son that he can't have a decent education because daddy wanted the Quad radiator? LOL

The radiators are very little more.... don't know about the panels.

sure you could get some CM fans, but the ultra kaze will blow them away (literally).  plus with the fan controller you can simply turn them down to a volume level you like, and then when you need the extra juice you can crank them up to 11.  Also don't forget to factor in that the fans i suggested are a 38mm fan and pwn the CM fans in static pressure ;)

First person that has agreed with me on that... smart... very smart!  Even smarter with 250cfm Deltas!  But at least you can use an average controller with the Kaze... not so with the Delta's

stop being cheap, how old is your son?  tell him to get a job to help pay for the education.
the panels are part of the Ascension, Choose Your Own.  They come with the case, you can choose any panel you would like.  I went that route and I am so thankful for it.  I also make my own panels when I want to do something crazy (stay tuned for those pics )
