well with the D5 you have two options.. buy a replacement pump top like i mentioned above.. or go the more drastic (and permanent) route, chop off the plastic barbs and then tap the openenings so you can use G1/4" barbs of your choice

Those Mousers are 48v! 24v is however the the only option that I know of for the 140mm rads... some one needs to make some high flow 12v 140mm fans!!! Delta 370cfm or something ridiculous like that at 12 volts still rocks... I'm just not sure how low you can turn them down before the stop spinning.

to bad that fan is $9.95 a piece and the delta is $20+ fans are not something I like to spend loads of money on no idea on the tubing itself as i use feser tubing.. but it is the proper dimensions I assume by the time i edit this message there will be 8 more posts.. god you guys type to fast.. with that tubing you need to look for 1/2" ID x 3/4"OD compression fittings will list the size in a system like that

that tubing is just fine.. make sure to get the proper fittings and you are good to go.. also you will need a couple of worm drive clamps (or something similar) for the connection to the pump
