You are the First that I have seen get one for a Single Benchmark Score so I am hoping that more are give out for Benchmark Scores.

Thanks, The power output on these Kingpins will ramp up fast when running with the temps under 50F.

Hi everyone, It's been a long time since my last post here on the forums.
 
Last year when I decided to sell my two EVGA RTX 2080 Ti Kingpins and then was trying to decide when an what to buy next, I still had my two EVGA RTX 2080 Ti Kingpin water blocks and last week I posted a price check to determine what they were worth in the EVGA marketplace, But alas, no one made any comments.
 
So a few days ago, just for a few grins and giggles, I decided to put them up for sale on Ebay at an outrageous Buy-It-Now price of $750.00 each and to my surprise I sold them both!
 
Nice to have some extra $$$$ again for another possible build?

Thanks, I was really surprised that they sold for that much, But there must still be a market for them. 

I still have my Kingpin 2080 TI sitting here not doing to much but internet surfing and an occasional COD Warezone and Destiny 2, but I can run any of those games on my laptop with RTX2080 MXM 3.1 card. So I may sell that card and wait for something new.
 
I just looked and someone selling a water block for 899.00 as we speak.
 

Hey Guys, Sorry about the delay in my posts. Evidently the new "Spam Filter" keeps me from replying very quickly!

While waiting to see when the new RTX 3080 series will be available, I just happened to win an auction for a used Geforce RTX 2080 Ti including a barrow full cover water block at about 1/3rd the cost of my previous New RTX 2080 Ti Kingpin / Hydro Copper water block setup.
 
Since the card I won only had a 260/291w power limit, I went ahead and flashed a GALAX RTX 2080 Ti HOF 380w vbios on it and to my surprise I came within 55 points of my Kingpin score in the 3Dmark Port Royal 1X benchmark using my old ASUS Rampage V Edition 10 / i7-6950X instead of the ASUS Rampage VI Omega / i9-9980XE that was sold along with the Kingpins a while back.
 
Even if I do manage to buy a 3080 when they appear, I am not really sure what other MB / CPU combo I would want to purchase to go along with it, But maybe I could possibly find a second used 2080 Ti to play with until then.

Running a chiller @ what kind of temps, if I may ask

Thanks, I'm still using my good ol' A/C conversion Chiller that I made YEARS ago when I had my EVGA 295 Quad-SLI setup. I had it set to 10C (50F) when I ran the Port Royal benchmarks.

I would have loved to see if you got even better results with your ASUS Rampage VI Omega / i9-9980XE --> if you still had it

It really wouldn't make too much difference (only as far as the Port Royal Graphics score goes) and that is why I am not sure what will be a better MB/CPU for Benching with the new RTX 3080 (3090?) series.
