there really cheap to ship I wouldnt trust a stranger with that much money but if you have any friends in the states just have them pick one up for you and ship just the cpu it will fit in an envelope

I'll be picking up my 980x tomorrow at the Jersey MC  Almost went with the same package as awalleye.  Had myself convinced...so, John, I thank you for saving me close to $300!

Why are you using so much voltage? You should easily do 4.2ghz (turbo mode on) w/1.32v vcore. Set your vdroop to Without and drop your vcore to 1.3125v. Lower your vtt down to +75. cpu pll to 1.450v, leave your qpi pll on auto.

101 is vcore but could to high or to low. 9c is vcore to low. 124 can be vtt and vcore mix with a possible ioh.

And if you think those volts are high, I have to be at like 1.45V or higher for those clocks.
