I can confirm this, they have quickly resolved the matter and provided codes for both games in a follow up email! To EVGA and whoever was involved in pulling the strings to rectify this has my greatest gratitude. calsy99
I have good news!! After talking with the sales team directly in TW, I have received codes for Game On promotion. Still waiting on promo codes for Grip but they promised by the end of day. I have a feeling they will provide them because I said I won't stop calling until I receive them haha.
My love for EVGA is restored. Thanks the_Scarlet_one for hearing me out. I hope my constant pushing and nagging was useful and other Aussies start to receive their promo codes.

will add my 2 cents to this. i also called TW, after selecting the english prompt, it was a touch of a fiasco. it seems that desk wasnt monitored, now props to the 3 lovely young ladies i spoke to, each understood me about as well as i understood them (after nihao it was over lol) they eventually got me to a dude who was in the CS department who then in seconds had the keys in my inbox. so a 90% solve, it should be easier but i am pleased none the less. as the aside the codes for grid are still incoming apparently

I received my Grip promo code in the afternoon as promised. Currently playing on RTX 2080 Ti running @ 4K on 70" TV with wireless corsair KB+M sitting on fold out recliner. Yes, it is as good as it sounds.

This promotion was probably one of the smoothest I've ever experienced. Purchased the card, registered the card, qualified for the promotion, an email shows up with the codes, enter codes into Nvidia GeForce, boom! new games

Hello I Bought the RTX 2080ti Feb 7th 2019 for the EVGA site and had it shipped to Canada. Card came 1 week later and I registered it to my account.
It shows that my card is registered but the message reads "The promotion is closed"
Is it possible that I bought the card and they ran out of codes and I am SOL or do I guarantee myself codes when purchasing and this is just an error?

Just bought my 2080 TI on 2/13/2019. It was delivered today - upon registering my GPU I received a "promotion is closed" for my "code". Take the promotion off of your website if you run out of codes.......ridiculous.

Hey there. Bought 2 EVGA products in new build including a 2070 and a 650W power supply from Amazon. Saw there was a possible promotion for BF5 and Anthem, but no such promotion was listed on my product (Amazon) listing. Contacted Amazon customer service to recieve a "I dont see that in the listing". Not a huge deal, as it wasnt the reason i bought the card, but wanted to know if im just SOL. Both products are registered in my evga account Thanks!

Selling game codes is definitely 100% against the rules. According to NVidia, gifting them is also against the rules. You will have to wait for your card to be delivered so you can register the serial number. If you purchased directly from EVGA the you would redeem the code from the EVGA promotion page. If you purchased through another website, then it all depends on the region where the code comes from.
