Um...? I bought my RTX 1080 (directly from you guys) on 2/21. According to UPS tracking, it won't get here until tomorrow (2/27). EVGA Support told me that I would still be eligible for the EA games even after the promo ends, since I bought the card before then.

Now when I visit the page, it says This promotion is closed., in the big red box up top. Am I still eligible, like support said?

Also, the terms state cards must be purchased before 25 February, so you should be in the window. To redeem the code, you have to register the card and be on the correct website (eu.evga.com will not work for USA customers, and evga.com will not work for EU customers as an example).

Once your card is registered, verify if the promotion still shows as closed or if you show an option to request your code.

Yes. The promotion ends the 25th of February. The redemption date ends the 25th of March.

Do you know how long the redeem date was for the original promotion of just BFV of last year?

Dam!  Looks like my game code from my GPU purchase is thrown out the window but already have the game from another promotion heh.

[edit] found the link after reading all posts again. That was super hard to find. If you purchased after Jan 7th before/on Feb 25th, you have to register your card and go to this page.

 
I'm super confused. I purchased my 2080 ti on Feb 25 direct from EVGA, paid for 2-day shipping. Got it today and cannot find how to get my game codes. I registered my card and uploaded the invoice. Anyone able to help? I'm not really sure where to go. I've read all of the posts and haven't found a definitive answer. I wanna bench on BFV lol.

So if i understand correctly, if i bought rtx 2080 on 23.02.2019 and registered it on 27.02.2019, i should get BFV/anthem bundle promo, even if it says that promotion is closed?

I just want report that I just registered my RTX 2080 (which I bought on the 21st), and I was indeed able to collect the BF5 and Anthem codes, along with the GRIP game and skin.

Just by the way you labeled the dates, I would venture to guess you are not in the US. As noted in numerous posts above yours, you have got to be on the website for the region you live in/region your card is registered to, or the promotion will always show closed. The link above is a US/Canada link, and will not work properly for anyone outside of US or Canada.

If you are in EU, remove the www and type Eu, and see what it says.

Just to add on to what you said, that red box is always going to be there whether you qualify or not.

If you do qualify, (and assuming you registered the card and are logged in) you should see something similar to this under the Collect Your Code section.

Correct, i'm from europe. I wrote to evga and they sent me link to eu site which you normali can't reach from their site becouse i think it's hidden. Maybe it was just me that couldn't find it on eu site, it's possible.

If you ever need to find it again, go to EU website, click News, click news again (in the drop down), then scroll down and you will see the promotion :-). As more news comes out, the promotion goes further down the list and then into older pages.

I am from Australia and have attempted claiming my codes via  after receiving my card today and uploading my invoice, but the Code/Message next to my card details is: Game On Game code has been fully completed redemption.

Contact EVGA support for the Taiwan office. They should be able to tell you what that means.

I think I know what it means, but I don't want to accept that is the case as I purchased my card within the promotional period.

Wait I thought you got 3?

My Anthem code was "already used" when I went to redeem it and I never got the game. Been back and forth with EA/Nvidia for a month now. And in that time Anthem went from VIP Beta, to Launch and now no one wants to play it. 

Bought an 2080ti FTW3 from Amazon on Saturday, bad timing.  If I had waited for Tuesday I would have gotten Metro Exodus also. 

I could apply for it, 
Too bad a game like that would be wasted on me, as I don't play games (anymore).
Just no time or desire for it.
I would have rather gotten a voucher for my next EVGA card, which will certainly come in the next few weeks, instead of the game.
