Since you are located in Australia, our Taiwan offices will be the office which reviews your request. Those offices have been closed in observance of the Lunar New Year but will be re-opening today 2/11/2019 for normal business operations. It may take them another few days to review the request but once it has been reviewed you should receive an automated e-mail with further information. If you purchased from Amazon “shipped and sold by amazon” then you need to contact Amazon. If anyone else is in the “shipped and sold by” area, then you need to contact them.

I have a long rant about this in general discussion forum. the_Scarlet_one has been helping me out as much as possible, but EVGA need to step it up and provide the codes that are in their promotions. I purchased an RTX 2080 ti in Australia and it's been impossible to get these codes no matter how many emails I send.

Yea I received the same email, I am not happy as promo page still shows 25th Feb as end date (and is up and online). I have saved a copy of the page and screenshot the important bits of the page in case I need to bring up with ACCC in Australia. There is a fair expectation of getting codes with so much of the promo time still to go.

Paid for 2080TI FTW ultra in 24/1/19 and received 11/2/19 and immediately applied after the card came in the mail. Australia based. I got this response back:

yep im in the same boat, i applied on the 6th feb finally got a response saying already finnished giving today.
promotion runs until the 25th, they are STILL advertising it, along with buy a 2080ti/2080 to receive these codes.
i wont mention how long the wait for "stock to arrive in country" was for a 2080ti FTW3 Ultra here in Perth.
i spose ill also add i also havent heard about the grid promotion yet either.... and you know..

Yep, sounds like they ran out of codes from oceanic region. I hope someone behind the scenes is moving very quickly to rectify this problem and get those codes to their Australian customers.

The difference between the USA codes and Asia/Oceanic codes is that the codes come from the place of purchase in the USA region, not in the box or directly from evga (unless evga is the place of purchase). In the USA, if you buy from NewEgg, the code comes from NewEgg. In Australia, if they buy from an equivalent to Newegg, it still comes from EVGA. I am trying to see if someone can get some more information, but unfortunately there isn’t much else I can do outside of try. Hopefully we can get some kind of good news for everyone in the Australia region soon.

If NVIDIA promo codes have run out for the oceanic region and causing delays in providing codes for BFV/Anthem, why are the Grip promotion applications not be processed either? This is a wonderful game of smoke and mirrors.

I'm not sure what's going on but what I have heard is that Nvidia is in charge of this promo. I'm not sure what EVGA does or how they get those codes as they don't have much pull in this but just maybe they are talking to Nvidia behind the scenes to resolve this issue so who knows but I'm sure something will be said eventually.

I have good news!! After talking with the sales team directly in TW, I have received codes for Game On promotion. Still waiting on promo codes for Grip but they promised by the end of day. I have a feeling they will provide them because I said I won't stop calling until I receive them haha. My love for EVGA is restored. Thanks the_Scarlet_one for hearing me out. I hope my constant pushing and nagging was useful and other Aussies start to receive their promo codes. Thanks EVGA.
