Bought a 2080 FTW3 Hybrid last week and I'm not able to get my code.
Bought it straight from the EVGA store.

It shows "YOU HAVE NO QUALIFIED REGISTERED PRODUCTS"

There is nothing indicating the offer expired. Any help will be appreciated :)

You need to make sure you register your product with EVGA to qualify.

If the etailer you purchased from didn't advertise as such, you don't get codes unfortunately.  Make sure it was from a qualifying retailer otherwise you could have been from a 3rd party scalper.

Use this Associate Code at your checkouts or follow these instructions for Up to 10% OFF on all your EVGA purchases:

I would also upload the receipt, even though it was purchased from EVGA.

Thank You, I had the card registered already however I received (minutes after I logged a ticket) support and the programming team resolved the problem. Now I have the codes but Nvidia is giving me "Error to Load Image".

At this point this is not an EVGA issue.

As always very impressed with EVGA customer support which BTW I just realized I have been a loyal customer since 2007 :)  "No Ragrets"

Hello Diesel,

I had the same problem and when I changed my region to EVGA AU then I could upload the invoice and request for the code. In fact I have already received my GRIP code. I think u too have to select the right region (just a thought)

Good Luck, pal!

I did!
I bought the card from Spanish Amazon, the message appears on the European EVGA site.

Hmm, not sure about your region, but in the US, you get the code from the retailer. I will look into it. For now, I am thinking your code would come from amazon, not EVGA, but I will verify and come back to let you know.

Yes, your code would come from the retailer. The code from evga is only for purchase from evga directly:

This request form is ONLY for purchases FROM EVGA.com.

INSTRUCTIONS:
Purchase any graphics card from the qualifying list above on or after 07 January 2019 from EVGA.com

Register your EVGA Graphics Card with us at EVGA.com
Request your code from the form while logged into your EVGA.com account.

Try contacting amazon for your code, if they are participating in the promotion.

Can you provide the link to where you purchased the card from?

Thank you
your link pointed me to my redeem code, instead of the one given by the confirmation email from evga which was for US customers and showed me nothing, since i'm from Italy

Wonderful! I think it is just a small hiccup in the system because of all of the regions, and the “Main” site being a US based web link.

I bought an RTX2080Ti Black edition on 1/31 and registered it today. When I try to get the code I get a message "The promotion is closed."

It sure doesn't seem closed since its advertised all over their website. Any ideas on what to do?

Are you using the correct region for your card/account?

That is the most common issue. If you are in the EU, and use the US website, it tells you the promo is closed.

Make sure you are setting the correct region and see if that works.

If the serial number isn’t on the invoice, then the invoice itself should be fine.

Not all companies put the serial number on the invoice.

If they require the serial number, print the invoice, set it next to the serial number on the box, and take a picture of both.

Since you have uploaded a picture already, contact support through the “my Products” page, and request assistance.

Make sure you check the promotion page, as they may have already unlocked the promotion for you. If it says closed, make sure you are on the correct webpage for the region you live in, like EU.EVGA.com, and so on.

Anyone know how to uplaod the picture of the serial number?
I've followed the article instructions for Australia/New Zealand but every time I upload the picture of the serial number it gets rid of the picture of the invoice.

when I contacted sup[port they said I need both the invoice and serial number.

Your Answer:

Hello,

We also need a photo of the serial number from your product and you need to apply for the promo from the promo page on our website.

Print the invoice, set it next to the serial number, take a picture of them together.

If you can’t print, hold the box up next to the monitor with the invoice up. You’ve got to get creative sometimes.

I mean sure I can do that, I just didn't think that they would have such little foresight as to offer consumers the option to upload two individual files instead of jumping through hoops to redeem a promotion they advertised in the hopes of selling more units.

From your post above "please  a clear photo of the invoice or receipt and EVGA serial number which is located on the product." It doesn't say "Photos" or Individual files.  it says Photo, which means one. Meaning you have to have the receipt and picture of the serial number together, which isn't accomplished through separate files.

Yea sure that still doesn't change the fact that it's pretty cumbersome.
"The necessary contents of the photo are as following:
EVGA product sticker(Serial No.), Place Purchased, Date Purchased, Price Paid and etc."

what is etc?
My receipt is as long as my gpu so do I take a photo of the whole thing and hope that nothing is blurred out or hard to see because of the size of the font?
no matter how you slice it you stating what is required doesn't change the fact that it would be simpler if they implemented a system in which the user can taake two seperate and clear photos and upload them both.

The receipt must be next to the serial number, so that would be one picture. Place, date, product, price, and serial number from the box, together in one picture.

One picture isn’t two files. If you loaded them in separate files, how would they be able to actually verify the place of purchase, price, serial number, and product, along with the serial number from the box in one picture? I believe your are trying to simplify the simplest thing there is. It’s one picture, one file, all of the information. It provides 100% proof of ownership, rather than a questionable person posting someone else’s receipt, and then a separate picture of a serial number after purchasing a used GPU, and trying to pawn it off as brand new.

I am sure there is a reason they require everything in one picture, but I won’t speculate on that.

Don’t worry about the gibberish on the receipt.

And yet I do worry about the gibberish on the receipt.
I placed my registration for the promo 7 working days ago.
I have yet to receive a response from evga as to if the registration was incomplete due to invalid information received or the fact that I don't have my serial number displayed within the picture.
I was only informed of this because I contacted support, whom also gave me the information that I need to register via the promotions page, of which I still haven't found if it's not .
Now I've re uploaded the picture but the clarity is suspect at best because I have to pull my phone away from the receipt and serial number,
the promotion ends on the 25th, it will take 5 more working days to receive a response, of which I will only know if their is a problem if I contact support, so 7 more working days which means. if any more issues arise then I'm out of the promotion all of which could have been avoidable if I could have sent 2 clear photos, one of the serial number and the other of the receipt.

While the promo ends February 25th, the promotion states “Please claim your code by March 1, 2019.” While I have no idea what is going on in Australia, since I live in the US, I can only go off of the promotion page and it’s pretty straight forward directions.

Looking at the AU webpage, it would seem that most of the support emails direct to the Taiwan office, so there may have been a delay fro due to holidays and such in that region.

If you already have contact with support, send them the picture and ask them if that is correct. If you are worried about the rest of the gibberish in the email, then take a picture of it. Just make sure the required information is clear in the picture.

Uploaded my ebay invoice with a clear photo of the serial sticker of the GPU on the bottom of the invoice. Put it just below all the details. That was 8 working days ago now but still says "Waiting for Approval - Allow 5 Business days". I just sent customer support an email. Hopefully they get back to me soon in 1-2 days. Attached an example of what i sent them. Serial/details hidden in this one.
EDIT: So yea going by what the_Scarlet_one said.. looks like the delays are most likely due to Chinese New years celebrated in Taiwan from Feb 5th - 9th. So i guess oceanic customers might get their codes this week?

I got my EVGA RTX 2060 XC Ultra from ebuyer and I can happily say I just redeemed my code for my copy of Anthem. Hats off to EVGA for producing a stonking graphics card. I've managed to get results from it better than my friends 1080.
I hope everyone having issues manage to sort it out. One thing to remember though is that it is an nVidia promotion who are giving away codes through participating retailers. So for me, my code came from ebuyer.

CPU : i7 8700k @ 5GHz : MOBO : Gigabyte Z370 HD3 : GFX : EVGA RTX 2060 XC Ultra core 2100MHz vram 7500MHz : COOLER : Corsair H80i AIO : RAM : Corsair Vengeance Pro RGB 3000MHz : NVME : Western Digital Black 512GB : SSD : Western Digital Blue 1TB : HDD : Western Digital Green 2TB : Case : Corsair 275R : PSU : Corsair HX 750w : In a flood of words, surley some mistakes.

One small thing to note, different regions have slightly different rules. Australia and New Zealand are great examples, as their code comes from EVGA, which is why the information the have to upload differs slightly.

Just got the Verification, it was a holiday in Taiwan, where the code approval comes from, so that is why there was a delay. Hopefully they will get everyone gaming soon.
