Prices for everything are up now compared to yesterday. Most 1080ti were in the $750+ range. They are all in the $800+ range now.

Well, I was going to get that card but not any more. Looks like EVGA is joining the greed train and I am done. I already have a EVGA GTX 1080 SC2 and will just stick with it until the next gen cards come out because I won't play their game. Good luck to you all.

How does this thing do on 1440p144hz. Mostly wondering for siege with taa set to 100% or msaa 2x, and bf1 ultra no taa.

Also, I just realized why they probably didn't post any more cards yesterday. They wanted to mark them up first and take advantage of the die hard gamers here. Pathetic!

Ouch. You're right.  All of the 1070ti's I had my eye on yesterday are now $40 (or more) than they were yesterday.

I'm real close to giving up on upgrading my rig and just getting a vertical mill instead.

Yep, $40-$60 price increase across the entire line up of 10 series cards. Now we know why they didn't release them yesterday.

I'm not sure why so many of you are surprised about this. The announcement about gddr5 happened weeks ago. The only thing the price increase is telling me is there is probably going to be a resupply before Volta. If you choose to buy Pascal this late in the season I guess is up to you. Nvidia still has the reference 1080ti listed for 699.

Significant price increases since yesterday, as much as $50 on some cards and the 1080Ti FTW3 jumped $60 from $819 to $879. Combine those price increases with releasing small amounts of product to desperate customers does not sit well with me. I cannot help feel we are being taken advantage of.
Very disappointing EVGA, I am out.

Dang.... I had 2 cards in my cart a few days ago when they went on sale in the evening, but didn't want to pay for a 1080 and would wait for a 1070ti yesterday.  Cant believe they have jacked up the prices.  This sucks!

I really understand a lot of people here will be upset with this, but remember that Evga is STILL the cheapest around, they STILL have the best customer support, and they STILL work directly with and communicate with their customers in a way that NO other companies do.

You guys are complaining about a $50.00 price jump?  They could up the cost by $150.00 and their stock would still sell out within minutes.

Agreed. Personally, I think the reason miners buy the 1080 Ti at those prices instead of the Titan Xp is because they're just not particularly knowledgeable about GPUs, in general. They seem to rely on other miners/benchmarkers testing each individual card out and making recommendations based off of those. And given their MSRPs, Titan Xp recommendations were probably pretty scarce before this blew up. Many miners might not even have any idea that the Titan Xp exists, let alone understand that it's basically a 1080 Ti + ~5% and better resale value.

Don't think miners are buying them, no profit in them at that price.

Hey Jacob, can you please give us a close time range to when we should expect stock today?

I've spent the last 3 days (almost all my time off) pressing F5 with no luck.

Even within a couple hour time frame would be super appreciated!

With vendors limiting order quantities and overall quantities low, I just assume they are buying both.

Unfortunately this is the reality. Memory pricing (cost) has increased significantly recently.

Maybe a little but you have already previously increased pricing on these cards from the original prices. IMO you are just taking advantage of the demand of the die hard gamers on this forum. At this point I think it wise to wait for the next gen Volta cards that will most likely feature GDDR6 memory and make the current gen cards obsolete.

This whole memory situation is crazy right now. 16 GBs of fast DDR4 cost as much as 1060s used to cost, 1060s cost what 1080 Tis used to cost, 1080 Tis are approaching highschoolers' first car levels...

But what I find most disturbing aside from the never-ending "shortage" of memory this past year or two is this is supposedly a shortage of familiar DDR4, GDDR5, and GDDR5X chips. Despite the age of these technologies, production hasn't been holding up to demand. In this kind of environment, how the heck are Nvidia going to successfully launch Volta/Ampere parts with brand new GDDR6? Imagine the... "shortages" given yields and/or relatively limited production on a new memory type.

I hope gamers aren't paying that either. Titan Xp with a fancy waterblock is definitely a better idea at that point. Or just waiting for Volta/Ampere, whenever that is.
