EVGA RTX 3070 ti GPU. The letters "EVGA" are flashing / blinking / pulsing red. Tested in two different PCs on Win 10 & 11 with the correct drivers and all updates + BIOS. Regardless of that, "EVGA" flashes red immediately on startup with no drivers installed. The error LED lights near the 8-pin connectors are all off. Seems to run fine with all fans going when gaming and does not get terribly hot. Running fine on an 'underpowered' 650w (MSI B550) but also flashes red on my 750w (ASUS x670E) which it was meant to go in. 750w is a recommended minimum but, it should not be underpowering it, or some RGB conflict causing the flashy redness, right? RGB does not seem likely or the underpowering / not enough juice theory. Yarr.

Not much found on this issue. Any help would be cool. Why the red flashies of the EVGA at all times?

i fail to see the issue here! at some point you changed the RGB settings to be pulsing red or if you bought the card used the previous owner failed to change their rgb settings to deafult on the card!

As mentioned above - sounds more likely to be a LED setting; than a LED failure

You will need to load https://www.evga.com/precisionx1/

To edit the LED or any fan profile that might have been changed on the GPU

I am Running the "Standalone Version 1.3.7" on my Folding Rigs that have EVGA 30 series cards - not having any issue with PX1, & my OS = W10

I'll get PX1 and try that. Bought used. Will try a less error looking setting. Had me worried. If no reflection of error codes or error states are designed to go to the EVGA letters than that's probably it. Thank you for replying.

Please post an Update once you test changing the settings

EVGA Precision X1 changed my life. Thank you 8-pound, 6-ounce, newborn baby Jesus, and Cool GTX. The previous owner of the card set the lights to intense red blinking. Probably to test the negative physiological and neurological effects it can have when looking at your GPU. Fun stuff.
