XR1 LITE USB CABLE TOO SHORT

the usb that came with my capture card is too short. However every other cable I buy that is longer doesn’t work. What is it about the specific usb c to usb a that came with the card that makes it the only working one? I’m trying to extend it. I tried extenders, other brands of usb c to usb a cables. Nothing works
