Is any possibility, that You would merge notifications from US and EU sites, since there will be no shipments from US to EU. In my case it would be 1 month difference in date of notifications.....This will kick my order e-mail to 2022....oO

You're asking if they could credit your original sign up for the new EU queue?  I imagine that is a heavy lift for EVGA to filter EU accounts from "rest-of-world" accounts based just on emails (remember, a person doesn't need to create an EVGA account until they want to buy and check-out), but the logic behind your ask is totally reasonable.  Have you tweeted that thought to @EVGA_JacobF?  He would be the one who could champion that for you...best of luck!  So good to hear that EU is getting some attention.

When I got informed, that it will be no shipments from US store to EU, I immediately logged on eu.evga.com and added notification.
So now i got:
US notification from 26.09.2020 -> I also added this to the xls file online EVGA notify list, For now I am 950th....
EU notification from 17.10.2020
And finally, what will happen when the email come from US store? I won't buy because of no 'Poland' selection on the shipment list?
So in my opinion EVGA could merge those notifications as I subscribed for the card on Septemeber. 

EU customers can not buy on the EVGA.com --> North America store site
 
You can Ask EVGA Customer service - If they could somehow help you with your position on the EU site

I think he is just asking to have his "auto-notify" registration moved from the .com site's queue to the eu site's que.  The auto-notify was designed to signify interest, so it is not entirely unreasonable an ask to make.  I understand, however, if it is too heavy a lift or if it violates some other aspect of EVGA procedures or policy.

This has been discussed previously, including on the prior page...post number: #6714 (from the prior page).  In short, the Gaming Blacks don't have the same profit margin.  Probably a mix of that plus the selection of their etailers and retailers as to which card skus they wanted to carry.  Best Buy, Microcenter, Newegg likely wanted the ones with the higher margins....

Supposedly it delivers on Wednesday - I will be surprised if that happens, I live in the middle of nowhere.

I ordered my 3090 FTW3 Ultra card on 10/27 and received it on 10/29. I did not get it installed until the night of 10/30 because I had to cut on my old case (Antec Atlas 550 Mid-Tower Case) with a Dremel tool to get the card to fit I was able to play Warzone a couple times last night with all settings maxed out at 2560 X 1440 resolution on a Samsung Odyssey G7 32" monitor. Very nice! I am old mind you (62) so my vision isn't what it was when I was younger but finally I was able to spot people from distances and when up close there was no blurring. OK I do not know all the technical terms but it looked great. I came in second on my first game with the new card. I was using a GTX 980 SC before this card and the difference is huge.
 
Here are some of my thoughts and complaints: 
1.) During the registration I was presented with two options (5 years $30 and 10 years for $60) to purchase an extended warranty. I selected to make a purchase and it kicked me out of the page. I do want to make that purchase and need to find that page again.
2.) The documentation on this card is almost non-existent. If there is a manual somewhere can someone please point me to it.
3.) The only thing that comes with the card is a metal bracket that you can use to mount the other end of the card to your case. It says it can be used "if the case supports it". My box is old but I fashioned a bracket for it out of the drive bay metal that I had to cut on The card is pretty heavy and I did not want it to break the PCIe slot on the motherboard.
4.) I have an HX750i power supply. EVGA recommends a 750 PSU minimum on their website but when I installed the Precision X1 software it notified me that it was insufficient and pointed me to their 850 PSU's to purchase. I knew I would not be able to overclock it but I did expect it to work if I didn't. The two games I played seemed fine but I will eventually get another PSU if I see its an issue. I did use three separate 8 pin cables coming from the PSU to the card. Modular PSU's are the only way to go.
5.) This is my biggest complaint and I am not too happy about it. When I registered the card and uploaded my invoice on 10/30 I immediately went to a link I had saved in my browser to get the Watch Dogs: Legion code and the page showed that I had purchased a qualifying card but reported that the promotion was closed! I wrote an email about it to EVGA and the webmaster wrote me back and said they were sorry but we have limited codes! I paid $1864.09 for this card and can't get the software that was advertised with the card? I am going to write Sales and Customer Service but EVGA needs to make this good. Even if I have to take the newer call of duty promotion. I did not have a choice as to when I could purchase this card.
 
I looked at that spreadsheet and noticed no one else has received their notification for a 3090 FTW3 Ultra card since the day I ordered it so I know I am lucky to even get one in my hands. With that said I still think the promotion should be honored. 

I got an email from the webmaster at EVGA while I was typing the above message and I am including it below. Hopefully I will get a game after all this is over

Unfortunately we are out of the Watch Dogs: Legions codes, we ran out of codes on 10/29 and per NVIDIA's promotional terms, the promotion is while supplies last. The Call of Duty promotion is for purchases made on 10/30 or after, unfortunately we do not get a say on distribution of the codes. We are reviewing this with NVIDIA, please check back with us after 11/3 as we should have word on if there is anything that can be done.

 I think the problem is that now everyone needs to sign up and update it themselves and people who got one after that didn't. I wonder how it will work going forward now that people have to sign up to update the list.

It has been updated since the hack, but the spreadsheet is locked down.  To enter your date/time stamps for the 3080s and 3090s or to record that you have received an "invite to purchase" email, please use the link at the bottom of my signature.  Thanks for self-reporting to the spreadsheet -- every little bit helps.  


As a reminder, the spreadsheet does not include the 3070 queues; it was established before their release.  Also, given how frontloaded the 3070 queues are likely to be, a similar spreadsheet for 3070s likely wouldn't be a useful tool until we get past the first few hours of the launch day sign-ups (likely more than a month or two away given the launch day sign-up congestion). 

He was referring to the 3090 FTW Ultra which has not been updated since the hack. The owner fixed the sheet, but it hasn't been updated with cards sent out on 10/28, 10/29, or 10/30

Apologies -- I had understood him to be asking about the spreadsheet generally, but I see that I misread his post.

No apologies necessary. It's not like those 3 days will mean anything once cards start being shipped again, I just doubt many people are going to update the sheet when they get cards now that you have to provide an email and sign up just to do so. So who knows how accurate it will be going forward.

Yeah I don't think many went out at the end of last week, I only saw a few people post about it. My bigger concern was how the spreadsheet will work going forward with the signup being necessary. I'm sure many people won't bother. I understand the need to lock it because of the d-bag and any others that may vandalize it, but it just makes it less likely to be updated.
