Thanks for the link.  It looks cool.  To be honest, the first thing I thought of was Club Med beads...for those too young to remember them, they were the equivalent of drink tickets that you could assemble as a necklace or a bracelet and because they were plastic, they could get wet, etc. (unlike paper tickets).  It would have been so much cooler to have something like the thingiverse lizard as a bracelet, etc.  I haven't been to Club Med since before my wedding...probably corelated, now that I think about it...but for somebody who likes the beach, sailing, SCUBA, etc. -- back in the day -- it was the amphibian's lily pad (that's all I could come up with in the moment).  
 
I do think it is right of me -- or anybody -- to encourage you to drop your associate membership as it is a ONE WAY exit...once you leave the membership you cannot rejoin with the same account (this is the policy so as to avoid gaming the system EVGA has established). Please keep that in mind before you do something you might regret down the road.  Best of luck!

You know this made me think about how fortunate I am to have internet access almost uninterrupted throughout my day. Growing up without it, I realize how easy it is to be disconnected and not really even realize it. Some would argue being too connected is a bad thing and while I don't think that's entirely true, I think there is some validity to the argument. It kinda touched on what I've been doing in my personal life lately. I kind let myself get too wrapped up in things - it's one of my very many character flaws - so I've started "restricting myself from phone or computer use immediately when I get home from work. I gotta say it's been quite wonderful and helped me appreciate the people and things around me more. This is coming from someone absolutely in love with technology. Enewt says it all the time and I think subconsciously that has helped me step back from things in a healthy way. That being said I love to camp  but haven't done it in ages. I scheduled a trip in the blue ridge mountains with the family here next month. It's been awhile and man I am really looking forward to it. (hopefully no notifies come in)

johcamp21, thanks for taking the time to post this. I try -- but often fail -- to get away from technology on a regular basis. I, like you, am in love with tech, am hopeful that it can help get us out of the climate situation we've driven ourselves into, have built my career and my hobbies around it, etc. etc. But I am actively trying to be more present with my family and friends. I too often fail. But I am not one to give up and the rewards...when you do get it right...are irreplaceable memories with family, friends...and in my case, a special little mini enewt. I hope you have a wonderful trip. I hope you brings some high quality s'mores fixin's. And, if you can source one, a travel telescope.

Waiting for a hydro copper (3090 or 3080 ti FTW3 Hydro copper - me personally) or Kingpin sucks cause they drop so infrequently and when they do they all show up on Ebay and stock x for insane scalper prices. I canceled my other notifies cause l really need a hydro card for the loop build ive been collecting parts for over 6 months. I'm glad my 3080 ti ftw3 at 8:27 went to someone else.

in the same boat as you. Current have a 1080 ti ftw3 hydrocopper and desiring to get the 3080 ti ftw3 ultra hydrocopper. They're so rare to find and if they show up on ebay they're gone super quickly. I probably should've gotten in the queue for the aircooled version of the 3080 ti ftw3 and bought a waterblock to install on it but eh. I like how the hydrocoppers look. Im a bit more than 6 minutes away and was very disappointed to see how little the queue moved since the big july drop. Fingers crossed we get a larger drop soon or sometime in october

My time. I've been hounding their Twitter looking for a release date since its been announced. Was resigned to getting up at 6AM to F5, but they just dropped it with no announcement other than the Jacob tease yesterday. Quite frustrating.

Elite members should get an email of upcoming releases, that is my 2c. So even if you visit the site every day in case of 24hour warning, this time you had to literally be on that product page the minute it went on ...
