I ended up winning a NewEgg shuffle and got myself a different 3080, but have left myself in the queue to upgrade another computer in the house. I know it's a crapshoot that anyone would know about that particular model, but it's the one I'm signed up for... so...

Is it normal for the order to not show up under MyEvga order status?

I've got the email receipt, I was checking back for tracking info and it doesn't show the order.

 
It sometimes takes a few hours.  If you have the email, you should be good.  You should also get a shipping notice later tonight (assuming you completed the order before 2 pm PT which I believe you did).  If things are still quiet by tomorrow morning, I would call EVGA during their business hours 9 am to 6 pm PT.

I haven't seen anything on that one recently.  The 3895 appears stuck on 9/21 and the 3985 appears stuck on 9/24 (the 3985 is not in May 2021 as is currently being reported by the commercial website).

EVGA_JacobF brought his drawing implements and didn’t mess around today…at least as it pertains to the 3967. So the 3967 has finally crested the first hour of its timeline…it only took a little over 2.5 months. Woot?!?  
 
Do you ever feel like within the context of the Titanic and Titanic Tuesday, we are in the role of the quartet that is continuing to play a jig despite the ever increasing tilt of the ship's deck? As we approach the one year anniversary of the 30 series launch, it does feel like the angle of the deck has increased dramatically. But let’s just skip over the coda…onward we play our tune....
 
Hopefully we will see some broader movement tomorrow…let’s get those camels galloping.

Seems I never reported this position (woopsie) and kind of surprised how "quickly" it is approaching.

Going to have to decide whether to stick with the 3080TI (3953) that performs pretty much equal* to the 3089 FE it replaced, or splurge**.

*Equal in my use case.
**Will also require a different case.

How is it performing equal?
Did you update the bios?

Firestrike extreme scores were nearly equal. Gpu reports hotter but memory is cooler. More heat in the case so cpu a little warmer.

Signed up October 8th last year no notifies on any of the 3080s. I'm not to sure this is actually works. Same as New Egg shuffle entered around 150 times nada.

could be worse, you could be like some of us that want a hydrocopper... newegg and best buy dont sell them and they're extremely rare on ebay. And yet, on evga's queue, theres barely any progress. So far every month theres a single decent drop and then little to nothing til next month. Although the 3969 sku hasnt had a good drop since mid july and still nada.

if I run a bios update on a rtx 3080 ti would that make it run cooler my card is at 83 while gaming i also don't plain on over clocking never really liked over clocking my hardware

I don't want to be the bearer of bad news and I am no authority, but I think you are going to pay the updated retail price.  It isn't extortionate by any means though.

Yes, the 3090 FTW3 Ultra (3987) has been moving pretty dramatically with each significant drop.  The 3080 FTW3 Ultra (3897) is moving by about 10 minutes per drop...but that will likely decrease as the morning of 10/6 of the timeline proceeds....
